Maximum Pay Rate. No salary advancement shall be made so as to exceed the maximum rate established for the class to which the advanced employee's position is allocated. Advancement shall be in accord- ance with the compensation plan of the City and shall depend upon increased service value of an employee to the City as exemplified by recommendations of the department head, perfor- xxxxx record, special training, length of service, and other pertinent evidence.

  • Maximum Payment The maximum period or aggregate of periods of accident make-up pay to be made by an Employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury.

  • Pay Rate Sick leave pay shall be at the shift straight-time hourly rate.

  • BASE PAY RATE The employee's basic hourly rate exclusive of overtime premium, shift premium, stability or any other special allowances.
