MCRNA Official Representatives. MCRNA Representatives who are County employees may utilize time during normal working hours for meeting and consulting with authorized representatives of the County subject to advanced scheduling. Advanced scheduling means at least forty-eight (48) hours (Monday – Friday) notice from MCRNA, except in special circumstances or when the meeting is requested by management. The employee’s supervisor shall have the discretion to grant reasonable release time to MCRNA Board members to attend MCRNA official meetings.

MCRNA Orientation The County shall provide notice to MCRNA’s President and allow MCRNA representatives ten (10) minutes of the agenda during department scheduled new employee orientation programs to provide information regarding the benefits and obligations of MCRNA membership. Current employees transferring into a position represented by this MCRNA shall be authorized to attend this portion of the New Employee Orientation. The MCRNA Representative shall not make any comments that malign the County, its employees or officials.

The Association may select as many as five (5) members of the Association to attend during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Human Resources, the Director of Employee Relations, or designee, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussions, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.

  • Union Officials 1. The Union will notify the Company in writing of the election, appointment, or removal of Union shop xxxxxxx(s). The District Lodge will notify the Company in writing of the Committee members at that location.

  • DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.

  • – UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES 6.01 The Employer will recognize the following:

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Official Personnel File Only one (1) official personnel file shall be kept for each employee at the appropriate personnel office. Records of previous discipline not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee’s official personnel file. Employees shall be informed as to where their personnel file is maintained.

  • Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.

  • Consultant’s Representative Consultant hereby designates XXXXXX, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Consultant’s Representative”).
