Meal and Break Periods. 17.1 The following provisions of this Article may be modified at the request of two-thirds (⅔) majority of the employees concerned. Such modifications shall require management approval and prior to implementation, approval of the Union at the National Level. 17.1.1 No meal or break period shall be scheduled during the first hour of the day of work.
