Meal and Break Periods. 16.01 For each Shift of at least 5 hours up to 8 hours, an Employee will be entitled to a 30-minute meal period. For each Shift in excess of 8 hours, an Employee will be entitled to a 60-minute meal period and a 30-minute meal period.
