Meal Period. Employees shall be granted a meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes nor more than one (1) hour unless mutually agreed otherwise. Meal periods shall be scheduled at approximately the mid-period of the workday. If an employee is required by their supervisor to continue working through lunch, and an alternate lunch cannot be provided during the employee’s scheduled shift, the employee shall have such time counted as hours worked.
