Common use of Meals During Overtime Clause in Contracts

Meals During Overtime. When overtime is required, the Employer will provide a meal at the Centre at the appropriate time. If, for dietary or health reasons, an employee is not able to eat the meal provided and an acceptable meal cannot be provided, they shall be entitled to reimbursement for a receipted meal expense not to exceed $10.50. The above would be contingent upon acceptable documentation, either medical or religious, affirming the need for accommodation.
