MEASUREMENTS AND READINGS. 8.1. The Carrier will be required to perform a quality control check of the gas at the Entry Point and Point of Exit at the Regasification Plant. The Contractor will be responsible to make sure that the LNG is checked for the required quality levels before it arrives at the Point of Entry of the Regasification Plant, to make sure that the LNG complies with the standards of quality required by current regulations.

MEASUREMENTS AND READINGS. 8.1 The amounts supplied at the entry points will be measured by means of the measurement devices located at the points themselves, in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Technical System Management Regulations, as well as in its Detail Protocols, which will include the requirements for carrying out the necessary checks on the running of the measurement units, how often they are to be performed and the measures to adopt in the event that the units malfunction. The measurement systems shall be suitable to maximum hourly flow rate provided for consumers qualified as specified in Regulation Public Service Gas Fuels Standards Technical Management System and its Protocols of Detail.

  • Measurements and Dimensions Before ordering material or doing work that is dependent upon coordination with building conditions, the Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations, grades, and pitch by taking measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same.   • DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE 4.11.1 The Contractor shall maintain at the site for the State one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. These shall be available to the Architect and the State for monthly review prior to approval of Contractor’s monthly application for payment. Prior to substantial completion of the Work, the Contractor shall ensure that one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples are delivered to the Architect for the State and a duplicate copy shall be delivered to the State for the State’s use.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.

  • Meter Readings If applicable, the Customer shall provide accurate and timely meter readings at the end of each applicable billing period on the forms or other alternative means specified by Vendor. Vendor shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice to Customer, and during Customer’s regular business hours, to inspect the equipment and to monitor the meter readings. If Customer meter readings are not received in the time to be agreed upon by the parties, the meter readings may be obtained electronically or by other means or may be estimated by Vendor subject to reconciliation when the correct meter reading is received by Vendor.
