Medicaid Payments. MDHHS will provide the PIHP eight managed care payments each month for the Medicaid covered specialty services under the listed Benefit Plan (BP). When applicable, additional payments may be scheduled (e.g. retro-rate implementation and up to 6 months retro eligibility). HIPAA compliant 834 and 820 transactions will provide eligibility and remittance information. • Base Rates for Benefit Plan (BHMA, BHMA-MHP, BHMA-HMP, BHMA-HMP-MHP, HSW- MC, SED-MC, CWP-MC) • Recovery of payments previously made for beneficiaries prior to MDHHS notification of death • Recovery of payments previously made for beneficiaries, who upon retrospective review, did not meet all the Benefit Plan enrollment requirementsModifications to any of the Benefit Plan’s rate development factors • For HSW enrollees of a PIHP that includes the county of financial responsibility (COFR), referred to as the “responsible PIHP”, but whose county of residence is in another PIHP, referred to as the “residential PIHP”, the HSW capitation payment will be paid to the COFR within the “responsible PIHP” based on the multiplicative factor for the “residential PIHP”. The PIHP must be able to receive and transmit HIPAA compliant files, such as: • 834 – Enrollment/Eligibility • 820 – Payment / Remittance Advice • 837 – Encounter
Medicaid Payments. For Medicaid Products, in the event the State Department of Health fails to provide or delays payment to Plan for the provision of Covered Services to Medicaid Members, Plan will suspend payment to Provider until such time as Plan receives payment from the Department. Plan will compensate Provider in a timely manner once payment is received from the Department. To the extent that the Department reduces any payments provided to Plan under the Medicaid program in any manner, Plan also will make corresponding reductions to any payments to Provider.

  • Annual Payments The Settling Distributors shall make eighteen (18) Annual Payments, each comprised of base and incentive payments as provided in this Section IV, as well as fifty percent (50%) of the amount of any Settlement Fund Administrator costs and fees that exceed the available interest accrued in the Settlement Fund as provided in Section V.C.5, and as determined by the Settlement Fund Administrator as set forth in this Agreement. 1.   • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following: 4.3.1. Title IV-E Federal Xxxxxx Care Program (Grant “E”). In accordance with the requirements detailed in the specific grant requirements, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee under Xxxxx E the maximum federal dollar share for the following: xxxxxx care maintenance claims for eligible juvenile probation children, dir ect administrative claims, and enhanced administrative claims. Upon review and approval of supporting documentation, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee as requests for reimbursement are presented for payment provided there is sufficient Title IV-E grant award authority against which to process presented claims and providing said funds are being reimbursed to the Department by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) via the interagency agreement. To be eligible for reimbursement, all costs must be reasonable, allowable, and properly allocated for support of the xxxxxx care program. A direct or enhanced administrative claim is not eligible for reimbursement if the basis of the claim has funding from any other federal source. 4.3.2. JJAEP Program (Grant "P"). Grantees eligible for reimbursements under Xxxxx X shall receive a share of the initial $1,500,000 distribution based on each Grantee's share of the total juvenile population for each school year for the current contract period. Additional funds will be distributed at a rate not to exceed $96 per eligible student attendance day for students who are required to be expelled pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Texas Education Code and who meet the Targeted Grant requirements. The Grantee will not be able to receive the additional funds until the initial amount allocated is earned at the rate of $86 per eligible student attendance day. Payments to the Grantee by the Department shall be limited to no more than 180 days of operation during each regular school year for the current contract period.

  • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months. Deductions for bargaining unit members who sign such authorization after the commencement of the school year shall be appropriately pro-rated to complete payments by the end of the school year. 5.2 Any unit member who is not a member of the Association, or who does not make application for membership within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, or within thirty (30) days from the date of commencement of assigned duties, shall become a member of the Association or pay to the Association a fee in an amount equal to unified membership dues, initiation fees and general 5.3 Any unit member who is a member of a religious body whose traditional tenets or teaching include objections to joining or financially supporting employee organizations shall not be required to join or financially support the Association, as a condition of employment, except that such unit member shall pay, in lieu of a service fee, sums equal to such service fee to one of the following non-religious, non- labor organizations, charitable funds exempt from taxation under section 501 (c) (3) of Title 26 of the Internal Revenue Code. Such payment shall be made on or before October 15 of each year. (For example: Murrieta Fire Protection District) 5.3.1 Proof of payment and a written statement of objection, along with verifiable evidence of membership in a religious body whose traditional tenets or teachings object to joining or financially supporting employee organizations, pursuant to section 5.3 above, shall be made on an annual basis to the District as a condition of continued exemption from the provisions of sections 5.1 and 5.2 of this Article. Evidence shall be in the form of receipts and/or canceled checks indicating the amount paid, date of payment, and to whom payment in lieu of the service fee has been made. Such proof shall be presented on or before November 1 of each school year. The Association shall have the right of inspection in order to review said proof of payment. 5.3.2 Any unit member making payments as set forth in sections 5.3 and 5.3.1, above, and who requests that the grievance or arbitration provisions of this Agreement be used on his or her behalf, shall be responsible for paying the reasonable cost of using said grievance or arbitration procedures. 5.4 With respect to all sums deducted by the District pursuant to sections 5.1 and 5.2 above, whether for membership dues or agency fee, the District agrees to promptly remit such monies to the Association, accompanied by an alphabetical list of bargaining unit members for whom such deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership or non-membership in the Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously furnished. The Association agrees to furnish any information needed by the District to fulfill the provisions of this Article.

  • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and elsewhere hereunder. The Contractor shall prepare invoices, which shall include the charges owed to the Contractor by the County under the terms of this Contract. The Contractor’s payments shall be as provided in Exhibit B - Pricing Schedule, and the Contractor shall be paid only for the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work approved in writing by the County. If the County does not approve work in writing no payment shall be due to the Contractor for that work. 5.5.2 The Contractor’s invoices shall be priced in accordance with Exhibit B - Pricing Schedule. 5.5.3 The Contractor’s invoices shall contain the information set forth in Exhibit A - Statement of Work describing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, work hours, and facility and/or other work for which payment is claimed. 5.5.4 The Contractor shall submit the monthly invoices to the County by the 15th calendar day of the month following the month of service. 5.5.5 All invoices under this Contract shall be submitted to the County Project Manager in one (1) set to the following address: County of Los Angeles Chief Executive Office, Service Integration Branch 000 X.   • Compliance with Laws; Payment of Taxes and Liabilities (a) Comply, and cause each other Loan Party to comply, in all material respects with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, decrees, orders, judgments, licenses and permits, except where failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; (b) without limiting clause (a) above, ensure, and cause each other Loan Party to ensure, that no person who owns a controlling interest in or otherwise controls a Loan Party is or shall be (i) listed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Person List maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”), Department of the Treasury, and/or any other similar lists maintained by OFAC pursuant to any authorizing statute, Executive Order or regulation or (ii) a person designated under Section 1(b), (c) or (d) of Executive Order No. 13224 (September 23, 2001), any related enabling legislation or any other similar Executive Orders, (c) without limiting clause (a) above, comply, and cause each other Loan Party to comply, with all applicable Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) and anti-money laundering laws and regulations and (d) pay, and cause each other Loan Party to pay, prior to delinquency, all taxes and other governmental charges against it or any collateral, as well as claims of any kind which, if unpaid, could become a Lien on any of its property; provided that the foregoing shall not require any Loan Party to pay any such tax or charge so long as it shall contest the validity thereof in good faith by appropriate proceedings and shall set aside on its books adequate reserves with respect thereto in accordance with GAAP and, in the case of a claim which could become a Lien on any collateral, such contest proceedings shall stay the foreclosure of such Lien or the sale of any portion of the collateral to satisfy such claim.
