Salary Indemnity Plan - Employment Insurance/SIF Rebate The B.C.T.F. Salary Indemnity Plan paid fully by the employees, shall be a condition of employment for all teachers. The Board shall make salary deductions on behalf of the teachers. The Board shall remit monthly to the B.C.T.F. (Salary Indemnity Fund) 5/12 of the savings resulting from the employment insurance premium reduction.
