Common use of Medical Exams Clause in Contracts

Medical Exams. The SFMTA shall bear the entire cost of any physical examination to which an Operator is required to submit by requirements of the California Highway Patrol or of SFMTA, provided, however, that if the Operator agrees to the scheduled appointment and without prior notice which enables SFMTA, with no charge, to cancel the appointment or a reasonable excuse for an unavoidable failure, fails to keep his/her appointment, the cost of the missed examination shall be borne by the Operator.
