Basic Medical Insurance All regular Employees may choose to be covered by the medical plan for which the British Columbia Medical Plan is the licensed carrier. Benefits and premiums shall be in accordance with the existing policy of the plan. The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the regular premium.
Medical Insurance The Company shall provide to Executive, Executive's spouse and children, at its sole cost, such health, dental and optical insurance as the Company may from time to time make available to its other executive employees.
Optical Insurance 1. The Board shall provide Group I employees a vision plan comparable to the VSP 3 plan.
2. The Board shall provide Group II employees a vision plan comparable to the VSP 1 plan.
Retiree Medical Insurance Retiree insurance coverage is included within each medical plan for all retirees under the age of 65 years, through self-payment. The Employer shall make available an appropriate medical plan for all eligible retirees ages 65 years or older.
Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.
Group Dental Insurance Not available to part-time Cabin Servicing & Cleaning Attendants. Group insurance coverage for temporary full-time employees will be in accordance with XXX #1. Such benefits, once established, are retained even if an employee's status reverts back to part-time, providing that employment has been continuous.
Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.
Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.
Group Insurance The Employer will continue to participate with employees in the provision of group life and medical plans as exist at the coming into force of this Agreement unless amended by mutual consent. The Employer agrees to pay 65% of the total premium cost for all employees covered by the health and dental care plans attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement.
Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent.
