Common use of Medical Reimbursement Fund Clause in Contracts

Medical Reimbursement Fund. All unit members will have an individual medical reimbursement fund administered according to terms agreed upon between the District and the Association. The District shall contribute to each unit member’s fund as follows: $1,650 on 7/1/08; $1,950 on 7/1/09; and $2,100 on 7/1/10.

Medical Reimbursement Fund. 9 All unit members will have an individual medical reimbursement fund administered according to terms 10 agreed upon between the District and the Association. The District shall contribute to each unit member’s 11 fund as follows: $1,650 on 7/1/08685 for 2005-06; $1,950 on 7/1/09850 for 2006-07; and $2,100 on 7/1/10875 for 2007-08.

Medical Reimbursement Fund. 16 All unit members will have an individual medical reimbursement fund administered according to terms agreed 17 upon between the District and the Association. The District shall contribute as follows: 18 2012-13 $1,075 19 2013-14 $500 20 2014-15 $500 21 Effective July 1, 2015, the District contribution will be reinstated to $1,075.00 for each unit member’s fund as follows: $1,650 . This will be 22 payable on 7/1/08; $1,950 on 7/1/09; September 1 of 2015 and $2,100 on 7/1/10each year thereafter.
