Common use of Medical Reimbursement Fund Clause in Contracts

Medical Reimbursement Fund. All unit members will have an individual medical reimbursement fund administered according to terms agreed upon between the District and the Association. The District shall contribute to each unit member’s fund $2,100.

Medical Reimbursement Fund. 9 All unit members will have an individual medical reimbursement fund administered according to terms 10 agreed upon between the District and the Association. The District shall contribute to each unit member’s 11 fund as follows: $2,100685 for 2005-06; $850 for 2006-07; $875 for 2007-08.
