Medical Services and Extended Health Benefits (EHB. In addition to basic coverage, the Extended Health Benefits (EHB) includes the following: Fifty dollar ($50) annual deductible Unlimited lifetime maximum Five million dollar ($5,000,000) limit on emergency out of country medical expenses.
