Common use of Meeting Dates Clause in Contracts

Meeting Dates. Except by agreement of the representatives of the Board and the Association, meetings shall begin no earlier than 120 days and not later than 60 days prior to the date of expiration of the agreement, and shall be concluded no later than 30 days prior to the agreement expiration date. The conclusion date may be extended by the Board and Association representatives.
