Common use of Meeting Frequency Clause in Contracts

Meeting Frequency. The Committee shall meet at least once each quarter, or at such other times as may be mutually agreed upon. The parties shall mutually agree upon the meeting time, date, and place. The topics for discussion shall be exchanged at least fourteen (14) days prior to any meeting, unless waived by mutual agreement, and either party may refuse to discuss any matter. Union committee members will be on paid time status.
