Common use of Meetings and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Meetings and Compensation. a. The LPDC shall meet as often as the members deem necessary to complete their work. Not later than September 30 each year, the committee shall post their meeting schedule in each building. Additional meetings may be scheduled as necessary. b.
