Meetings; Decisions. (a) The full Stakeholders’ Committee shall meet at least once per quarter, and there may be other meetings as may be necessary or appropriate from time to time. (b) A special Stakeholders’ Committee meeting may also be convened at the request of two (2) members of the Stakeholders’ Committee, the Managing Director , or the President of the Steering Committee. Notice stating the place, date, time and agenda of each Stakeholders’ Committee meeting shall be given to each member of the Stakeholders’ Committee by the secretary of the Stakeholders’ Committee (a) in respect of a regular quarterly meeting, either by mail, facsimile or telegram at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the regular quarterly meeting, and

Meetings; Decisions. (a) The Board will hold as many meetings as are necessary to discharge its duties and ensure the effective implementation of the Compact; such meetings will be at such times and at such places as may from time to time be determined by the Board. At a minimum, the Board will meet once a quarter for regular meetings. (b) Each meeting of the Board will meet certain minimum standards in order to be considered a valid meeting at which actions taken by the Board are considered valid and effective. These standards will include the following:
Meetings; Decisions. (a) Each Stakeholders Committee will hold the number of periodic general meetings per year that may be required to discharge its functions. (b) In compliance with requirements of the Compact, the Governance Guidelines and related Governing Documents, each Stakeholders Committee will prepare written summaries of its meetings, including, but not limited to, the following information for each meeting: names of all attendees, agenda items discussed and recommendations made by the Stakeholders Committee at the meeting. (c) Adequate notice of meetings will be provided to all members of the Stakeholders Committee. At least seven (7) days prior written notice will be provided for general meetings. (d) A majority of the members of a Stakeholders Committee will constitute a quorum at any meeting. (e) Each Stakeholders Committee and its members will be subject to the same conflict of interest and confidentiality rules contemplated in Article 6 of these Bylaws.
Meetings; Decisions. (1) The Council shall meet at least once every second year for two days, during the second half of June of the respective year in Brussels. The Secretariat will provide logistical and secretarial support for this meeting and will organize and call for the meeting. (2) Members will receive the Employer Parties’ consolidated reports 20 business days before the first day of the respective meeting for preparation of the meeting. During the two day meeting, Members shall prepare and draft the Summary Report as required by Article 8 (2) of the Agreement. Minority statements and opinions shall be recorded in an Appendix but shall be kept to a minimum. (3) The two Co-Chairpersons designated under Article 3 below may jointly decide to hold more frequent meetings if they consider this necessary. (4) Members can issue proxies to other Members or Alternate Members.

  • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence. The meetings will be held on the following dates (dates subject to change): Monday, August 30th, 2021 – 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2021 Monday, February 1, 2022 Tuesday, April 27, 2022

  • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.

  • Meetings of Committee The Safety and Health Committee shall hold meetings as requested by the Union or by the Employer and all unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions shall be taken up and dealt with at such meetings. Minutes of all Safety and Health Committee meetings shall be kept and copies of such minutes shall be sent to the Employer and the Union.

  • Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral. Written notices shall be sent to a Board Member at the postal address, email address or address for other electronic transmission, designated by him or her for that purpose or, if none has been so designated, at his or her last known residence or business address, email address or address for other electronic transmission. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no notice of any meeting of the Board need state the purposes of the meeting.

  • Meetings of the Committee a) The Committee shall meet at the request of one of the central parties.

  • Meetings and Hearings All meetings and hearings under this procedure shall not be conducted in public and shall include only such parties in interest and their designated or selected representatives, heretofore referred to in this Article.

  • Negotiation Meetings The first bargaining session shall be held at a mutually agreed time and date within fourteen (14) days of the request. All proposals by the parties shall be written and submitted to the representative(s) of both teams at the first meeting. No additional items shall be submitted by either party following the first meeting, unless mutually agreed by the parties. Additional ground rules, if any, will be established at the first meeting. Bargaining sessions shall not be scheduled during the regular teacher workday. Time and dates as used in this Article may be changed by mutual agreement.

  • Meeting of Committee In the event of either party wishing to call a meeting of the Committee, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement, however, such meeting to be held not later than 14 days after request has been received unless varied by mutual agreement.

  • Emergency Meetings Public notice of emergency meetings shall be given as soon as practical, but in any event, before the meeting to news media that have filed a written request for notice. In addition to the other notices specified in this policy, the Superintendent or designee shall post the following on the District website: (1) the annual schedule of regular meetings, which shall remain posted until the Board approves a new schedule of regular meetings; (2) a public notice of all Board meetings; and (3) the agenda for each meeting which shall remain posted until the meeting is concluded.   • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.
