Meetings on Scheduled Days Off. The Hospital may require employees to attend meetings on days which they are not regularly scheduled, provided the Hospital has given the employee at least seven (7) days prior notice. The Hospital shall pay such employees for the actual time spent attending such a meeting, but not less than 2 hours, at the rate of time and one- half (1 ½) the regular rate of pay. Employees who attend meetings on a voluntary basis will be compensated at the applicable rate of pay. There is no mandatory attendance for employees at staff meetings scheduled during the employee’s day off, unless the employee is informed that the meeting is mandatory and in such cases will be paid at the premium pay rate described above.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Meetings of Committee The Committee shall meet up to six (6) times per year. Additional meetings may be scheduled upon agreement of the co-chairpersons. Its members shall receive a notice and agenda of the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent with this Committee. Meetings will be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request to meet.

  • Rostered Days Off 36.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a 10 day/2 week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off.
