MEMBER EVALUATIONS. The following principles shall be applied in the evaluation of member performance: 1. a. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a member will be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the member. No public address or audio systems or other device permitting monitoring or observation of work performance other than by an individual present in the room shall be employed except with the prior knowledge and consent of the member.
