Member Sick Leave Bank. A leave bank will be established with a contribution from each member of one (1) day per year for the duration of this contract. The leave bank will be administered by the Implementation Committee which cannot grant more than ten (10) days per individual request. The liability for reimbursement of the leave bank shall rest with the membership.
