Member Verification Clause Samples
The Member Verification clause establishes the requirement for confirming the identity and eligibility of individuals or entities seeking membership in an organization or service. Typically, this involves collecting and reviewing documentation such as identification cards, proof of address, or other credentials to ensure that applicants meet predefined criteria. By implementing this process, the clause helps prevent fraud, ensures compliance with legal or regulatory standards, and maintains the integrity of the membership base.
Member Verification. Camplify will make an effort to gather key data on members to allow for this data to be shared on the platform if a successful transaction occurs. However, user verification on the Internet is difficult and we do not assume any responsibility for the confirmation of any Member’s identity. Notwithstanding the above, for transparency and fraud prevention purposes, and as permitted by applicable laws, we may, but have no obligation to (i) ask Members to provide a form of government identification or other information or undertake additional checks designed to help verify the identities or backgrounds of Members, (ii) screen Members against third party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers, and (iii) where we have sufficient information to identify a Member, obtain reports from public records of criminal convictions or sex offender registrations or an equivalent version of background or registered sex offender checks in your local jurisdiction (if available).
Member Verification. ▇▇▇ shall determine a Member’s eligibility for Covered Services by requesting presentation by any Member of a valid membership card. The District will provide a list of all employees eligible for Covered Services and BES may rely upon that list with respect to the inclusion of employees who are not Members having a valid membership card.
Member Verification. A. Upon request, the Employer shall provide HNE with payroll records as may be necessary to verify Member eligibility and Employer contributions under this Agreement. HNE shall maintain the confidentiality of such records unless otherwise required to disclose such records by law.
B. The Employer shall notify HNE within five (5) business days of when the total number of its employees either increases to twenty (20) or more or decreases to fewer than twenty (20) during the contract year. Failure to provide this notice to HNE is grounds for termination with cause. Further, the Agreement may be subject to immediate termination, with no conversion privileges, if the Employer misrepresents the number of employees.
Member Verification. (i) At account opening. Credit Union agrees that it will make every effort to verify account holder eligibility at the initial account opening stage.
(ii) Prior to each data upload. Credit Union further agrees to verify the information contained in the data file for membership eligibility prior to each data upload, including but not limited to confirming member remains in good standing as defined by Credit Union, that member is not deceased or is not otherwise ineligible to win a prize.
Member Verification. Landing or its affiliates will conduct, in accordance with applicable law, credit and background checks on Members using a third-party verifications provider. Landing will provide a copy of the background report upon written request, subject to applicable law.
