MEMBERSHIP IN THE UNION. 4.1 Membership in the Union shall be required of all employees covered under this Agreement. Membership shall not be unreasonably withheld nor shall it be discriminated against contrary to the Human Rights Code, RSO 1990, C H19. 4.2 New employees engaged to fill positions within the scope of the Agreement will be informed by the Company that the Union is the exclusive bargaining agent. The Company further agrees to supply the Union with the names and addresses of each employee engaged during the term of this Agreement, within ten (10) days of engagement. 4.3 All employees within the scope of this agreement must become members of the Union not later than the completion of their probationary period as a condition of employment.
