The ODA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter the Membership Rules and Policies at any time in accordance with Section 10. Sustaining Member agrees to keep current its address and other contact information provided to the ODA so that Sustaining Member can receive prompt notice of any such modification(s).
