MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER. The membership may be transferred to another person at our reasonable discretion and will need to comply with the following:  The original membership applied for was 12 months or greater and on a direct debit facility  Is still within the minimum term of the original membership.  The person you are transferring the membership to is a non-member of the club nor has been in the last 3 months.  Upon transfer the new member will be required to pay a set-up fee of $66.00 which includes the direct debit establishment fee.  The new member agrees to comply with the same terms and conditions as the transferring member.

OWNER TRAVEL: Reservations may not always be made using the Owner’s personal account. NEW EMAIL: Your Wyndham account will be issued a new VSLLC email address. We can forward all emails to you. When you call Xxxxxxx, they will verify your email address, remember not to change it back to your old email address. CURRENT STATUS: Club Membership and reservation payments must be current to utilize Club benefits. BINDING AGREEMENT: Owner cannot modify a VSLLC Rental Client’s vacation or change anything in their Wyndham Account. If this should happen, the owner will pay any cost associated with cancelling or changing any reservations in their account. MAINTENANCE FEE AUTOPAY: VSLLC will put our account on your Wyndham AutoPay system on the date agreed. If this agreed upon date is missed, then an adjustment, or refund to the Owner will be made. OWNERSHIP CHANGES: If there are changes made to the actual ownership, owner is to notify VSLLC immediately and the change will reflect on the VSLLC agreement. LOGIN & PASSWORD: Owner(s) agree to provide VSLLC their account access, including log-in information and password. Owner will not change any data before notifying VSLLC. OWNER PURCHASE OR DISPUTE WITH WYNDHAM: If you change your account in any way, such as making a new purchase, it will remove VSLLC’s account off your AutoPay. Notify VSLLC immediately so that we may re-establish our account on the AutoPay system. If you have a dispute with Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx could lock access to your account. Please notify VSLLC so that we can take action to possibly remove our rental reservations from your account to ensure our rental guests have no interruptions with their vacation. PIC POINTS, RCI OR ANY FUTURE WYNDHAM POINTS PROGRAMS, are not included in this agreement. No points, PIC or otherwise can be deposited and a credit given on future travel. If an owner wishes to use their PIC week outside of this agreement and their Wyndham account w/o depositing points into their Wyndham account, they may do so and only pay VSLLC for the PROGRAM FEE that VSLLC pays. If owner wishes to offer points to VSLLC, VSLLC will have the option of purchasing the PIC points at $ /1,000 and will absorb the program fee cost. Up on transfer of a member's residence interstate/internationally, the member shall have the right to make application for membership to the reciprocal Club in that state/country. The application must be accompanied by a letter from the General Manager of the home club setting out the Club's approval of such application. Each club shall then consider such application on its merits and without obligation.
MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER. A member requesting a transfer from their current chapter to a new chapter will be required to submit a completed new member application to the Membership Committee of the new chapter. In addition, if the member has less than 3 months of paid membership credit, they must submit a renewal payment. Or, if the member has more than 3 months of paid membership credit, no additional investment is required.   • Transfer of Membership Interest The Sole Member may Transfer any part or all of its rights and interest (including, but not limited to, its Capital Account) in the Company (each a “Membership Interest”) now owned or hereafter acquired to any Person, and the transferee of such Membership Interest shall become a Member of the Company.

  • Membership Agreement Membership in USA Gymnastics is a privilege and may be (i) denied, withheld, or non-renewed at any time by USA Gymnastics and/or (ii) suspended or terminated in accordance with USA Gymnastics’ bylaws, policies and standards. You agree that USA Gymnastics has the right to deny, withhold, non-renew, suspend or terminate your membership if you engage in any sexual misconduct, or if USA Gymnastics has reason to believe you pose a threat to the safety of athletes or other members. You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the USA Gymnastics bylaws, Safe Sport Policy, SafeSport Investigation & Resolution Procedures, and Code of Ethical Conduct. You are bound by all safe sport rules, policies and procedures whether published by USA Gymnastics or the U.S. Center for Safe Sport (“Center”), as well as all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including applicable criminal laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Center. Any discipline imposed by the Center or USA Gymnastics extends to your participation in all aspects of the Olympic Movement. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.
