MENU SELECTION. 5.1 Xxxxxxx Haven offers a menu with a selection of canapes, starters, main courses, and desserts. Clients can select items from each category to make up their wedding menu and meet their budget. All food is plated and served by waiters.
5.2 Annual food increases will be of immediate effect in January of every year for the year ahead. Menu prices remain subject to change due to economic factors during the year.
5.3 Children under the age of 8 years will be charged 50% of the menu price.
5.4 Food may not be brought onto the premises and food may not be taken off the premises.
5.5 Please note that your entire guest amount must be catered for; applicable to all menu options available on our menu selector.
5.6 Suppliers (DJ, photographer etc.) contracted to work at the Reception will be included in the total guest amount/selected menu for catering purposes.
5.7 Should your actual number of guests on the day of your wedding exceed the number confirmed you will be charged for the additional guest at the confirmed menu price.

5.5 Please note that the Client’s entire guest contingent must be catered for, applicable to all menu options available on our menu selector.

5.7 Should the Client’s actual number of guests on the Wedding Date exceed the number confirmed the Client will be charged pro rata for the additional guest/s at the confirmed menu price.
5.8 Should the Client’s actual number of guests on the Wedding Date drop below the confirmed numbers, the Client will be charged for the guest totals confirmed at the final appointment.
5.9 The menu selection is confirmed 1 (ONE) month prior to the Wedding Date and changes are not possible after the FM receives the individual guest menu choices.
5.10 The parties agree that due to the nature of the catering industry some menu items may not always be available on the day and therefore agree to select and confirm alternative items to those originally selected. If an item is not available on the wedding day, Xxxxxxx Haven will replace it with the alternative selected without prior notice to the Client.
MENU SELECTION. In order to guarantee your selections, please provide your final menu and beverage selections to our Catering Department, no later than 1 month prior to your event. Amendments may be made to the menu and/or beverage selections up to 72 hours prior to the event. An approximate number of guests is to be submitted along with the menu and beverage selections deadline, the client will be charged the minimum number given. The client is responsible for making sure the Catering Department receives this information on time.
MENU SELECTION. Ruffino’s must have menu selections 10 days prior to the event date, unless alternate timeline otherwise agreed upon. Ruffino’s will charge for the guaranteed number of guests, or the total number served, whichever is greater. Our private dining menus offer pre-set dining options from which to choose. Groups larger than 25 persons are required to offer a pre-set menu option. If the menu selection is not received within the 10-day time frame, we will create the menu based on our product availability.

MENU SELECTION. A menu selection attribute is an attribute that is selected from a pull-down menu. An example of a menu selection attribute would be an attribute titled “Condition” with a pull- down menu containing “Good,” “Average” and “Poor.”
MENU SELECTION. For all functions, Xxxxxxxx® must have your selected menu FOURTEEN days prior to the function date (completed form submitted). Lucrezia® Ristorante reserves the right to substitute an entrée of equal or greater value at the client’s expense if the guest number increases. Lucrezia® will charge for the guaranteed number of guests, or the total number served, whichever is greater, in addition applicable fees. b. If you are deviating from the pre-set menu by picking more items from any category, a surcharge of a minimum 10% will be adjusted to the per person price. If you offer more than two entrées an exact count of each item is required Ten (10) days prior to your event.
MENU SELECTION. In consultation with The West End, the Customer shall select a food and beverage menu from the list of provided menu options. The menu option list shall be attached to this contract and initialed by Customer and The West End. The costs per person for the menu option selected shall be summarized in the Financial Summary herein.
