Method of Utilization. From the date of hire until fully trained, the incumbent will be twinned with a dispatcher for training. When fully trained the Relief Dispatcher will work all annual leave and personal leave days of the dispatchers and all leave scheduled as per Article 27.08b. With respect to all other leave all qualified Dispatchers will be offered such assignments first and then, if necessary, the Relief Dispatcher will be offered it. The Authority reserves the right to assign other duties to the Relief Dispatcher when his/her services are not required in the Dispatch area so as to meet the minimum hours required in this letter of intent. It is understood that dispatch duties will have priority.

Method of Utilization. When pledging, the Client shall withdraw the fund directly from this account by withdrawal voucher or other methods agreed upon by Bank SinoPac.
Method of Utilization. Unless otherwise agreed by the Bank, subject to conditions precedent stipulated under Clause 2.3 below and at the sole discretion of the Bank, the Loan utilization shall be one-time utilization. The utilization shall be applicable for the Loan’s purposes in which the Borrower requests one-time utilization by submitting the Notice of Utilization and Debt Assumption by the Borrower for the Bank’s consideration and approval. The Borrower agrees that, for one-time utilization, in case that the Borrower, for any reason, fails to withdraw the entire approved Loan Amount on the Utilization Date, the Loan Facility which is not utilized shall be considered as being immediately cancelled. The Borrower shall not be allowed to make any other utilization thereafter. In any cases, the Bank may decide, at its own discretion, to approve an utilization and make disbursement of the utilization or the Loan on the proposed Utilization Date based on the conditions of the submission of the Notice of Utilization and Debt Assumption which is in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the Cooperation Agreement (if any), this Agreement and the Bank’s internal regulations.

In any cases, the Bank may decide, at its own discretion, to approve the utilization and disburse the Loan on the proposed utilization date If the Notice of Utilization and Debt Assumption is given in line with the terms and conditions stated in the Sale and Purchase Agreement and the Cooperation Agreement (if any), this Agreement and the Bank’s internal regulations.

  • Method of Billing Consultant may submit invoices to the City for approval on a progress basis, but no more often than two times a month. Said invoice shall be based on the total of all Consultant’s services which have been completed to City’s sole satisfaction. City shall pay Consultant’s invoice within forty-five (45) days from the date City receives said invoice. Each invoice shall describe in detail, the services performed, the date of performance, and the associated time for completion. Any additional services approved and performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be designated as “Additional Services” and shall identify the number of the authorized change order, where applicable, on all invoices.

  • Method of Computation To determine the Adviser’s liability with respect to the Excess Amount, each month the Fund Operating Expenses for the Fund shall be annualized as of the last day of the month. If the annualized Fund Operating Expenses for any month exceeds the Operating Expense Limit of the Fund, the Adviser shall first waive or reduce its investment advisory fee for such month by an amount sufficient to reduce the annualized Fund Operating Expenses to an amount no higher than the Operating Expense Limit. If the amount of the waived or reduced investment advisory fee for any such month is insufficient to pay the Excess Amount, the Adviser shall also remit to the Fund an amount that, together with the waived or reduced investment advisory fee, is sufficient to pay such Excess Amount.

  • Method of Giving Consent Any consent of a member required by this Agreement may be given by a written consent.

  • Method of Calculation All calculations under this Section 4 shall be made to the nearest one hundredth of a share.

  • Method of Service A Notice may be given by: (i) being personally delivered on a Party; (ii) being left at the Party’s current address for service; (iii) being sent to the Party’s current address for service by pre-paid ordinary mail; or (iv) being sent by facsimile transmission to the Party’s current facsimile number for service provided that a copy of the notice is then delivered by one of the means described above.
