Breeding with females are to commence no earlier than the second season, or no younger than 18mnths should they have passed all mentioned testing. Males may be used as stud dogs from the age of 18mnths, having passed all stipulated tests and results being received by myself. Should the dog not be wanted for breeding, its advised spaying/castration occurs, to stop any unwanted future puppies. There are NO guarantees on the outcome of the abovementioned tests, genetics, upbringing, diets, environments play an extensive role in each, of which I do not control. Microchip Number. 5.2 Monthly progress reports shall include project expenditures, budget, project progress, subrecipient monitoring and other metrics. EXHIBIT "B" FEES Contractor will be reimbursed at the following rates per spay/neuter surgery (the "Reimbursable Rate"). The Reimbursable Rate as set out above will be in effect for the original term of the contract and each subsequent renewal term. The Reimbursable Rate shall include all related veterinarian services, facilities, equipment and supplies costs necessary to perform a spay or neuter operation on a dog or a cat. The City will only reimburse Contractor for spay/neuter operations performed on dogs or cats belonging to citizens of the City of Houston. Contractor shall submit monthly invoices and supporting documentation for reimbursement for eligible animals spayed/neutered during the previous month using the following form template:
