Hot Water. To provide and maintain in good condition a hot water heater and to supply legally requisite hot water in sufficient quantity and pressure for ordinary use unless the Tenant is required to supply the fuel and fails to provide adequate fuel or is otherwise responsible for the lack or inadequacy of hot water.

Hot Water. You agree to take short showers. Hot water is shared, and most importantly excessive moisture creates instant mildew spots and is damaging to our home.
Hot Water. (a) Commencing on the Commencement Date, the Supplier agrees to supply at the Hot Water Delivery Point and the Customer agrees to purchase the Customer's requirements of Hot Water Services up to the capacity or capacities described in Exhibit B under the heading "Customer Energy Requirements." Hot water the Supplier provides under this Agreement shall not be intermixed by the Customer with any other water or other substances without the prior written consent of the Supplier, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. (b) The Supplier will ensure that the hot water is delivered to the Hot Water Delivery Point at a design temperature of not less than 180 degrees Fahrenheit, measured at the Hot Water Delivery Point. (c) Provided that the Supplier is in compliance with Section 2.3(b) above, the Customer will ensure that all hot water supplied hereunder is returned to the Supplier at the Hot Water Return Point at a temperature at least 35 degrees Fahrenheit less than the temperature at which it was delivered and otherwise uncontaminated in any material respect and in the condition in which it was received. In the event Customer fails to comply with this Section 2.3(c), the Supplier may elect to determine the actual cost(s) to the Supplier of such failure and invoice the Customer on the next monthly invoice under Section 2.7 for such amount(s) as additional Consumption Charges hereunder. In such event, the Supplier shall notify the Customer of such action and such invoice(s) shall be accompanied by detailed calculations demonstrating the manner in which such additional Consumption Charges have been determined, and such additional Consumption Charges shall thereupon be payable in accordance with Section 2.8.
Hot Water. Not in Scope. Permits: Provide all necessary permits and inspection fees. Tenant signage shall be moved as necessary. Tenant suite Number to be number 130. Any signage outside of the building standard banner, plaque, and directory and hall signage is the sole cost and responsibility of the Tenant. Tenant must supply artwork sample to Wellesley Building Company and Wellesley Management for approval prior to installation.
Hot Water. If Tenant desires hot water service, Tenant shall furnish and install its own electric water heater, fully insulated and steel jacketed. Instantaneous recovery type water heaters are not permitted.
Hot Water. The water temperature in the unit is set at 120 degrees Fahrenheit or below. When the water temperature is 120 degrees Fahrenheit or below, bacteria may enter the water heater or associated plumbing and accumulate. If Resident desires the thermostat to remain at 120 degrees Fahrenheit or below, Resident assumes any and all risks associated with any bacterial growth in the water heater or associated plumbing. Resident acknowledges that some communities managed by Landlord have heating and cooling services supplied by a boiler/chiller system. If this community and/or this apartment unit receives such services, Resident acknowledges that adjustment to the heating or cooling levels for any one specific apartment unit is not possible and that the changeover between phases of the system cannot be made specifically for any one apartment unit. Resident also acknowledges that to achieve full heating potential, Landlord may find it necessary to increase the temperature of the heated water during the colder months of the year when compared to the warmer months. Resident should be aware that some units may be equipped with an HVAC heating system which operates on hot water. To achieve full heating potential, it may be necessary to increase the temperature of the water heater during the colder months of the year. Resident should also be aware that some units operat e on centralized hot water systems which service multiple units and as such individual adjustments in temperatures will not be possible. If Resident desires the water temperature in the Premises to be higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit and the Premises has an individual hot water heater, Resident will request, in writing, the temperature of the hot water heater to be adjusted by Landlord, and Resident shall specify the desired temperature at which Landlord is requested to set the thermostat. Resident understands that if the temperature is set above 120 degrees Fahrenheit, that the water released from the taps in the Premises may scald or burn anyone using water, and potentially cause severe injury. Lessee understands that if the temperature is set above 120 degrees Fahrenheit, that the water released from the taps in the apartment may scald or burn anyone using water, and potentially cause severe injury. If Lessee makes a written request that Lessor increase the temperature of the water heater to a temperature above 120 degrees Fahrenheit, Lessee assumes any and all risks of injury to Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx's occupants, agents, guests, invitees and or family members for any injury resulting therefrom. Lessor will not be responsible for any damages or injury occurring to LESSEE, her occupants or guests while at or about the premises caused by the water temperature or plumbing. Such risk of injury includes (but is not limited to): xxxxx, heart attacks, strokes, and heat stress. LESSEE does hereby release with prejudice and forever discharge and forbear from any attempt to recover in any way from LESSOR, (legal entity of the property), its' employees and agents, and any related companies, and all other persons, of and from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, damages, loss, of any nature whatever, known or unknown, which LESSEE now has or may hereafter have against the LESSOR, or any of them, by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatever arising out of, based upon, or relating to the increase in water temperature. Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor and Owner harmless in any action involving any injury related to the temperature of the water, the water system or the associated plumbing. Lessee promises to Lessor that Lessee will not touch, tamper with, or adjust the water temperature thermostat in the apartment in any way without written authorization from Lessor...
Hot Water. Landlord shall provide (i) hot water to reheat coils and perimeter units in the Demised Premises and (ii) hot water and steam for kitchen use at rates and temperatures as Tenant reasonably requires, but in no event to exceed design conditions.

Customer shall return the hot water to Veolia at Customer’s Point of Return at sufficient pressure to enter Veolia’s hot water return system, but in no event shall Customer be required to return such hot water at a pressure exceeding the pressure then existing at the Point of Delivery. Except for operating its hot water equipment, Customer may not tap into, use or otherwise interfere with hot water in any way which may diminish the flow. Customer shall not contaminate the hot water. (Contaminate shall be defined as the act, intentional or otherwise, or adding chemicals or other material to the hot water). Veolia may refuse to continue hot water service to Customer if hot water is contaminated between the Point of Delivery and the Point of Return. Customer shall not perform any water treatment or add chemicals or foreign substances into the water being used in its hot water system without the prior written consent of Veolia. Veolia will provide chilled water at Customer’s Point of Delivery at an average temperature of 42° Fahrenheit or less, and at pressures ranging from a minimum of 60 psig to a maximum of 165 psig. Customer shall return the chilled water to Veolia at Customer’s Point of Return at sufficient pressure to enter Veolia’s chilled water return system, but in no event shall Customer be required to return such chilled water at a pressure exceeding the pressure then existing at the Point of Delivery. Except for operating its cooling equipment, Customer may not tap into, use or otherwise interfere with chilled water in any way which may diminish the flow or change its temperature beyond the above stated limit. Customer shall not contaminate the chilled water. (Contaminate shall be defined as the act, intentional or otherwise, of adding chemicals or other material to the chilled water). Veolia may refuse to continue chilled water service to Customer if chilled water is contaminated between the Point of Delivery and the Point of Return. Customer shall not perform any water treatment or add chemicals or foreign substances into the water being used in its cooling system without the prior written consent of Veolia.
