Midnight to 8 a.m. Shift. An employee who is permanently assigned to the midnight to 8:00 a.m. shift and who is ordered after 3:00 a.m. to be held beyond his/her normal work shift for the purpose of last minute replacement to the day shift will be compensated at two (2) times his/her regular work rate. All efforts will be made to fill the vacancy and to follow overtime distribution as described in section 6.09 prior to an officer being ordered to cover said vacancy. This provision will be effective for a period of six (6) months from the execution of this agreement to be extended only by mutual agreement between the Town and the Amherst Police League.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due.
