Minimizing Disruptions. (a) Project Co shall perform all of its obligations under this Section 21 so as to minimize, to the greatest extent reasonably possible, any disruption of the Project Operations or the performance of the Hospital Services. Project Co acknowledges and agrees that such activities may require work outside of normal working hours in order to accommodate the efficient operation of the Facility.

  • Disruption of Service Customer acknowledges and understands that Voice Service will not be available for use under certain circumstances, including without limitation when the network or facilities are not operating or if normal electrical power to the MTA, ATA or ALG is interrupted and such equipment does not have a functioning backup. If the battery backup does not provide power, Voice Services will not function until normal power is restored.
