More Definitions of FM Services

FM Services means maintenance and operational services provided or to be provided to accommodation used in the delivery of Education Sector Services and/or Community Services within the Region, including (as the case may be) building maintenance, security and grounds maintenance;
FM Services means the Basic Facilities and Services and, to the extent applicable or required by the context, some or all of the Optional Facilities and Services.
FM Services means all of the services and requirements described in this Appendix, including Demand Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance;
FM Services means the nomination, management and supervision of third party service providers to provide the services intended to be provided to the Building Owners Association from time to time to ensure the preservation of the Xxxxxxxxx Standards including, but not limited to: (a) 24 hour concierge services and/or night duty officer; (b) Building Common Area cleaning services; (c) Façade maintenance; (d) the nomination and supervision of all suppliers appointed by the Building Owners Association, DRAFT (e) routine inspection of the Building and identification of any deficiencies or areas requiring improvement; (f) approving insurances for the Building; (g) providing direction and guidance to the Building Association Manager; (h) advising as to the operational health and safety standards within the Building; (i) assisting with the preparation and approving all budgets and assisting the Building Association Manager in obtaining RERA approval to the Service Charges; (j) approving all building applications and requests for alterations, and inspecting works within the Building to ensure compliance with the Xxxxxxxxx Standards; (k) monitoring the enforcement of the ‘Building Rules’ established for the Building, and recommending further rules or modification of rules if and when necessary; (l) doing all other things as may be necessary or desirable from time to time to ensure Building is operated and maintained in accordance with the Xxxxxxxxx Standards; (m) the overseeing and supervision of the services provided by any third party supplier appointed pursuant to (e) above; and (n) such other services as determined by the Seller from time to time.
FM Services means those services set forth in Section 3.4, or as further described in this Agreement.
FM Services means the Plant Services, the Housekeeping and Waste Management Services, the Retail Management Services, the Help Desk Services, the Utilities Management Services, the Parking Services and the Life Cycle Requirements;
FM Services means broadcast of audio signals only on a broad band standard FM frequency.
