Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.
Minimum Cash As determined on the first of every calendar month, the Company shall at all times keep on-hand unencumbered, unrestricted cash in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000,000.
Minimum Current Ratio The Borrower will not, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter (commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2018), permit the Current Ratio to be less than 1.00 to 1.00.
Minimum Break between Shifts (a) Where it is necessary to work extended overtime, it is agreed that no Employee shall resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty between the termination of the overtime and the commencement of the Employee’s ordinary work on the next day or shift. (b) In the event that an Employee agrees to a request from site management to resume or continue to work without having had ten consecutive hours off duty, the Employee shall be paid at double ordinary time rates until the Employee is released from duty for such period.
MINIMUM CALL-IN Employees, when called in and who report for work and no work or insufficient work is available, shall be paid for four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate of pay. No part-time employees attending school (the word "school" shall not include night school) shall be called in or paid for less than two (2) hours per day during a school day, and four (4) hours per day during a non-school day, or during the summer school recess.
Minimum Cash Balance Licensee shall fund the Facility Checking Account --------------------- with an initial amount equal to $25,000.00 and thereafter Licensee shall provide the working capital required by Section I(H) of this Agreement
Minimum Commitment If for a certain Service a minimum commitment has been determined in the Agreement, the Customer guarantees to respect the minimum commitment described in the Agreement during the entire period of the Agreement. If the Customer does not respect this minimum commitment, the Customer shall pay the compensation mentioned in the Agreement. If no compensation has been mentioned in the Agreement, the Customer has to pay the applicable Charges for the respective Service, or the average of the applicable Charges if different Charges are applied for the respective Service, per missing number of its minimum commitment. Services that are timely cancelled by the Customer or Services for which the Customer has paid a cancellation fee , do not, even not partly, release the Customer from its obligation to respect the minimum commitment . Services cancelled as due to Force Majeure and Services cancelled by Lineas for other reasons than Force Majeure, will be considered as a Services ordered and paid for by the Customer. Services cancelled by the Customer or by Lineas because of holidays do not, even not partly, release the Customer from its obligation to respect its minimum commitment.
Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.
Minimum Call-In Time 1. Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay. 2. If an employee is assigned to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work, he/she shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY The State makes no commitment to purchase any minimum or maximum quantity, or dollar volume of products from the selected suppliers. Utilization of this agreement will be on an as needed basis by State Agencies and/or Cooperative Participants, Cities, Counties, Schools K-12, Colleges and Universities. The State will award to multiple suppliers; however, the State reserves the right to purchase like and similar products from other suppliers as necessary to meet operational requirements.
