Minimum Period of Service. 3.1 The initial Minimum Period of Service for the Services is 24 continuous months from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below where the Services are connected through NGN. If the Services are connected through other means, the Minimum Period of Service is 12 continuous months (or such other period as may be stated in the application form) from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below. Upon expiry of the initial minimum Period of Service, the Services will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis.
3.2 In computing whether or not you have fulfilled the Minimum Period of Service, any period for which the Services are suspended or ceased will not be counted. If the Services are suspended or ceased and subsequently reactivated, the Minimum Period of Service will be automatically extended by such period of suspension or cessation.
3.3 If we agree to any changes to the Services as requested by you (including any upgrade of the Services) or the renewal of the Services, we are entitled to require the Minimum Period of Service to be re- commenced from the date the Services are changed or renewed.

Upon the expiry of the initial Minimum Period of Service, the Services will be renewed automatically for a further period equivalent to the Minimum Period of Service based on the same terms and conditions except for Charges, which shall be based on the then prevailing Charges, unless either party gives the other party 45 days' written notice of termination prior to the expiry of the then current period.

If the Services are suspended or ceased and subsequently reactivated, the Minimum Period of Service will be automatically extended by such period of suspension or cessation.
3.3 If we agree to any changes to the Services as requested by you (including any downgrade or upgrade to the Services) or the renewal of the Services, we are entitled to require the Minimum Period of Service to be re-commenced from the date the Services are changed or renewed.
Minimum Period of Service. The minimum period for Spectrum Services to be provided to ISP shall be one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date for each Service Order that results in a Completion Notice.

If the Services are connected through other means, the Minimum Period of Service is 18 continuous months (or such other continuous period as may be stated in the application form and agreed by us in writing) per line/connection, from the commencement date as determined in accordance with paragraph 4.1 below. Upon the expiry of the initial Minimum Period of Service, the Service will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis unless either party gives the other party at least 90 days’ written notice of termination prior to the expiry of the then current period.
3.2 In computing whether or not you have fulfilled the Minimum Period of Service, any period for which the Services suspended or ceased will not be counted. If the Services are suspended or ceased and subsequently reactivated, the Minimum Period of Service will be automatically extended by such period of suspension or cessation.
3.3 If we agree to any changes to the Services as requested by you (including any upgrade of the Services) or the renewal of the Services, we are entitled to require the Minimum Period of Service to be re- commenced from the date the Services are changed or renewed.
Minimum Period of Service. The minimum period for the Services to be provided to Reseller shall be one year from the Service Commencement Date for each Circuit ordered by Reseller and installed by ART. Reseller shall have the option to request ART to redeploy the Link to any geographic area chosen by Reseller for which ART holds a license as a 38 GHz provider, provided: (i) Reseller pays all costs to ART, including, without limitation, a reasonable allocation of overhead, as determined by ART, and all charges to third parties associated with deinstallation and reinstallation of the Equipment at the new Link location ("REDEPLOYMENT"); (ii) the location chosen is completely suitable, in ART's sole discretion, for the provision of the Services under the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) Redeployment at the location chosen does not interfere, as determined by ART, with existing or planned services by ART.
Minimum Period of Service. 2.5.1 The minimum period of service is one month, except as may be otherwise provided in this General Service Agreement. Customer must pay the rate determined pursuant to the Customer’s Agreement for the service to which Customer subscribes for the minimum period of serv- ice. If Customer disconnects service before the end of the minimum service period, Customer is responsible for paying the rate determined pur- suant to the Customer’s Agreement for the remainder of the minimum service period. When the service is moved within the same building, to another building on the same premises, or to a different premises entirely, the period of service at each location is accumulated to calculate whether Customer has met the minimum period of service obligation.
2.5.2 If service is terminated before the end of the minimum period of service as a result of condemnation of property, damage to property re- xxxxxxx the premises to be abandoned, or by the death of Customer, Customer is not obligated to pay for service for the remainder of the min- imum period.
2.5.3 If service is switched over to a new customer at the same premises after the first month's service, the minimum period of service re- quirements are assigned to the new customer if the new customer agrees in writing to accept them. For services not taken over by the new customer, the original Customer is responsible for the remaining payment for the minimum service period in accordance with the terms under which the service was originally furnished.

Minimum Period of Service. 3.1. The Service shall, be provided for a minimum period of Service of twelve (12) months beginning on the day when Service is first made available to the Customer (the “Minimum Period") subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
Minimum Period of Service. 6.1 The Minimum Period of Service is as follows:
(a) for the Network Installation Services, a Minimum Period of Service is not applicable;
(b) for the WAN Managed Support Services the Minimum Period of Service will be 36 or 60 months as set out in the Order.
Minimum Period of Service. The minimum period for Service to be provided to the Reseller shall be one year for each Link ordered and installed. The Reseller shall have the option to redeploy the Link to any geographic area chosen by it for which ART holds a license as a 38 GHz provider, provided: (i) the Reseller pays all costs to ART including a reasonable allocation of overhead and all charges to third parties associated with deinstallation and reinstallation of the Equipment at the Link ("Redeployment"); (ii) the location chosen is completely suitable for the provision of Service under the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) Redeployment at the location chosen does not interfere with existing or planned services by ART. The Reseller agrees that ART's conclusions with regard to conditions (ii) and (iii) in this Section 5.5 shall be deemed to be conclusive on the parties.
