Managed Support Services definition

Managed Support Services means the services described as such in Schedule 1;
Managed Support Services means services provided by UP3 under the terms of this Agreement in respect of the support and administration of the Platform and the Applications, as detailed in Schedule 2;
Managed Support Services means enhanced support services provided under a Managed Support Order executed between Flintfox and the Client.

Managed Support Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.

Related to Managed Support Services

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
