Drivers called back to work in an emergency to return students home from school at a time other than their regularly scheduled run time, will be paid the greater of one (1) hour or the actual time spent on the route.

  • Maximum Total Payment Including the reimbursable expenses shown above (if any), the maximum total payment under this Contract is $ ; this is a not-to-exceed amount, and the District will not pay more than this amount unless specifically agreed to in an amendment executed by the parties.

  • Minimum Reporting Allowance If an employee reports for work at the regularly scheduled time and no work is available such employee will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular rate provided:

  • Annual Payment During each calendar year, an employee may choose to receive payment for up to twenty (20) hours of accrued vacation leave or compensatory time. Request for payment may be made in November or December of each year. Such payment shall be made during the month of November or December and will be granted only if the employee has taken at least forty (40) hours of vacation/compensatory time during the calendar year. Such payment shall be at the base hourly rate only, no add-ons.

  • Substitute Pay An adjunct faculty member who substitute teaches shall be paid at forty dollars ($40) per fifty (50) minute class period. No person shall be paid extra for teaching two sections at the same hour, nor shall he/she be required to do so.

  • Minimum Payment (a) Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.

  • Kilometrage Allowance An Employee who is authorized to use a privately owned automobile on the Employer’s business shall be paid a kilometrage allowance of $0.4415 cents per kilometre. The Employer will adopt the civil service kilometrage rate effective the date of a tentative agreement being reached between the parties, provided that such agreement is subsequently ratified. Thereafter adjustments will be made in accordance with, and on the same effective dates as adjustments to the civil service rate.

  • Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof.   • Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.
