Minimum Standards of Employee Conduct. The Service Provider shall develop standards of employee conduct and corresponding disciplinary actions that are consistent with the following standards of conduct. All employees shall certify in writing that they have read and understand the standards. A record of this certificate must be provided to the COTR prior to the employees beginning work under this contract. The Service Provider shall hold employees accountable for their conduct based on these standards, which are not restricted to, but must include:

  • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.
