Miscellaneous Conditions. 1.: The tenderer or supplier should have a place of business in the State of Chhattisgarh from where the goods would be supplied to various destination in the state and also hold a registration certificate as per rules. 2.: The tenderer or supplier shall also submit the clearance certificate as provided under section 36 of Chhattisgarh Vanijyak Kar Adhiniyam.
