Ad Hoc Reporting. The Contractor shall have the capability to support ad hoc reporting requests, at no additional cost, in addition to those listed in this contract, both from its own organization and from the State in a reasonable time frame. The time frame for submission of the report will be determined by DMAHS with input from the Contractor based on the nature of the report. DMAHS shall at its option request six (6) to eight (8) reports per year, hardcopy or electronic reports and/or file extracts. This does not preclude or prevent DMAHS from requiring, or the Contractor from providing, additional reports, at no additional cost, that are required by State or federal governmental entities or any court of competent jurisdiction.
Ad Hoc Reporting. The Recipient will comply with any requests for reports or other information that the Authority may from time-to-time reasonably request within any timeframe specified.
Ad Hoc Reporting. The Grant Recipient will provide to the Authority, in a timely manner, any data collected during the Project that is requested on an ad hoc basis.
Ad Hoc Reporting. The Grant Recipient must provide ad-hoc reports as reasonably required by the Trustee from time to time, including in relation to any significant developments concerning the Project or any significant delays or difficulties encountered in undertaking the Project and the expenditure of the SIEF Funds and allocation and delivery of the Contributions, including end of financial year finance reports.
Ad Hoc Reporting. Without prejudice to its obligations under Article 8.4, the Network Service Provider shall provide to the Eurosystem such other reports or information as the Eurosystem may reasonably request in order to assess the overall performance of the Network and the Connectivity Services or specific incidents which have arisen in connection with the Network or the Connectivity Services. Each such report or information shall be provided by the Network Service Provider within a reasonable time period after the Eurosystem's request taking into consideration the importance and urgency of the subject matter of the report.
Ad Hoc Reporting. The Contractor shall offer custom reporting as requested or required by Authorized Users (e.g., printed or online, or through secure internet applications) and OGS within 30 calendar days or a mutually agreed upon timeframe. Contractor may charge an additional fee for such custom reporting, only with the prior approval of the Authorized User or OGS. The Contractor shall offer a variety of report formats to meet the needs of an Authorized User (e.g., including additional data such as the Payment Reference Number field) or OGS as required. In the event of an error, reports shall be correctable and shall include a disclaimer to the Authorized User that the report has been corrected for audit purposes. Upon request, the Contractor shall describe its reporting process and the types of reports it can provide for the Authorized User and OGS to track the following details:
a. Transaction-specific details for all deposits, credit card/E-check settlements or returns, and chargeback activity.
b. Access to historical data, i.e., data retention.
c. Provide a summary report as well as transaction specific details for all payments made by every card type or source of payment through every payment processing channel the Authorized User utilizes.
d. Transactions by interchange processing fees.
e. All retrieval requests and chargebacks related to their processing, including documentation initiated by the customer and/or credit card issuer.
f. Methods used to report fraud, theft, and all other security breaches including detection of unauthorized attempts.
g. Reporting provided for American Express branded cards. Where applicable, it is preferred that reporting functions for these cards be provided in reports consolidated with other payment processing transactions.
Ad Hoc Reporting. (a) DIR may examine any work, process, procedure, and/or Service produced by the Vendor under the CTSA.
(b) DIR will observe and gather data from all governance processes that determine Ser- vices to be performed by the Vendor. This includes:
(1) Visibility into governance processes in which DIR does not directly participate; and/or
(2) Governance processes internal to the Vendor and governance processes through which Services are negotiated with, approved by, and monitored by Customers shall be reasonably provided by the Vendor.
(3) The Vendor will catalog and maintain all mutually agreed to documentation that is associated with performing Services under the CTSA in an electronic docu- ment repository. This does not include access to notes of individual Vendor staff members, such as meeting notes or status reports to Vendor manage- ment.
(4) Vendor will provide upon DIR request an electronic copy of any document de- veloped as part of performing Services under the CTSA, including documents that are considered working papers, drafts, or non-deliverable products. Exam- ples include architecture documents, Project notes, and Project artifacts.
Ad Hoc Reporting. In the event of an emergency or critical event requiring downtime to resolve, the Company will use best efforts to notify the Subscriber before taking the system down and will provide a full downtime report the next business day. In the event of an unscheduled downtime, the Company will notify the Subscriber within one hour that the system is down. The Company will then notify the Subscriber within one hour once the system is returned to normal operating condition.
Ad Hoc Reporting. The Contractor shall have the ability to provide ad hoc reports at no cost to the Lead State. The Contractor shall permit and provide access to all data that pertains to any procurement action taken by a Purchasing Entity as a whole. The Lead State or Purchasing Entity may make copies of procurement data in any form and the use of such data shall not be restricted. Dependent on future reporting requirements, the Lead State may ask that certain reports become standard and delivered to the Lead State on a monthly or quarterly basis.
