Account Review. Issuer may reevaluate the financial condition and credit standing of Your Company and any Guarantor at any time. You agree to permit and cooperate with any such investigation and also to furnish the Issuer promptly upon request accurate and current information concerning Your assets and liabilities, including copies of Your filed income tax returns. Based upon such a review, Issuer in its discretion may close the Account or any or all Cardholder Accounts, or may increase or decrease the Business Credit Limit for any or all Cardholder Credit Limits at any time. You authorize Issuer to collect information about Your Company in order to conduct this review, including information Issuer receives from You, information Issuer receives from third parties such as credit bureaus, and information about Your other transactions with Issuer and others. You authorize Issuer to share such information about You or the Account with our affiliates and others unless prohibited by law.
Account Review. The Investment Management Company agrees:
(a) to review at reasonable intervals during the period of this Agreement the investments of the Account as initially provided by Client, together with all additions, substitutions and alterations thereto as recommended by the Investment Management Company;
(b) to manage Client’s Account in accordance with Client’s instructions and consistent with Client’s investment objectives for the Account, as agreed by Client and the Investment Management Company; and
(c) to provide Client, at least quarterly, a written report of the investments of the Account.
Account Review. The ASR will review their queue on a daily basis and attempt to work all accounts. If an account cannot or should not be called by that ASR, it should be assigned to the individual or party who can contact the customer. Manager and Supervisor reviews – Accounts worked by an ASR will be randomly selected and reviewed by management staff. These account reviews will ensure that accounts are being handled by the guidelines set by this policy manual and departmental standards. These reviews will be completed on a weekly basis.
Account Review. 14.1 Through the trading platform(s), the client may review any of his/ her trading accounts, including but not limited to open and closed positions. In addition, through TigerWit Direct the client may safely manage his/ her account and deposit or withdraw money depending on his/ her trading needs.
Account Review. 30.1 Information on order(s) status, client account status and trade confirmations may be obtained by the client at any point in time as long as the client is logged in, through the trading platform(s), including but not limited to open and closed positions profit or loss per position and available margin and equity. In addition, in the client’s login area the client may manage his/her account and deposit or withdraw money depending on his/her trading needs.
30.2 The company publishes all trading costs, fees and commissions on its website for client information.
30.3 Information on Order(s) status, Client Account status, Trade Confirmations and messaging facility between the Parties will be sent to the Client upon request either in electronic form by e-mail to the email address which the Company will have on record and/or provided via the internal mail system of the Company Online Trading System.
30.4 The Client is obliged to provide the Company with e-mail address. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Company of any change to his email address (or any other relevant personal information), the non-receipt of a Confirmation, or whether any Confirmations are incorrect before settlement.
30.5 The Company will send to the Client, in the method specified above and/or via the Client online trading system, a Trade Confirmation in respect of each executed Order.
30.6 If the Client has a reason to believe that the Confirmation is inconsistent or if the Client does not receive any Confirmation (though the Transaction was made), the Client shall contact the Company. Trade confirmations shall, in the absence of manifest error, be deemed conclusive
30.7 Unless the Client notifies the Company in writing to the contrary within two (2) Business Days following the Day of receipt of the said Trade Confirmation.

30.6.1. Unless the Client notifies the Company in writing to the contrary within two (2) Business Days following the Day of receipt of the said Trade Confirmation.
30.7. If the Company holds Client money, it shall send to him at least once every year a statement of those funds unless such a statement has been provided in any other periodic statements.
30.8. The Company will provide the Client with an online access to his Client Account via the Company Online Trading System, which will provide him with sufficient information in order to manage his Client Account and comply with FCA Rules in regards to client reporting requirements, therefore the Company may not be providing the Client with a separate annual statement (as stated in paragraph 30.7).
Account Review. At Company’s request, Agency and Company shall, at quarterly intervals, hold an account review meeting to develop and review Services that are contemplated to be performed in the next three months and to review previously performed Services. Company and Agency will conduct formal annual review meetings, and may decide to have other interim status or review meetings, as described in the applicable SOW. In addition, at quarterly intervals (and at a reasonable time prior to such account review meetings, if called by Company), Agency shall provide Company with a report setting forth the following (in a format to be determined by Company): (a) a comparison of actual results with planned results identifying Agency's accomplishments and shortcomings; (b) proposals for adjustments, as necessary, of Agency Staff levels being made available by Agency and an assessment of workloads; (c) a list of potential projects for the next three (3) month period and a comprehensive detailed report on projects for the current quarter and the next quarter; (d) assessments regarding what is working and what is not working in the relationship; (e) lists of any outstanding problems and proposals to resolve any outstanding problems; (f) anything else agreed to in a particular SOW.
Account Review. Company shall utilize the Program to review all activity on the Account(s) (both debits and credits) on a daily basis and shall report any discrepancies to Bank immediately, but in no event later than the Business Day following the Business Day on which the transaction containing the discrepancy was posted.
Account Review. From time to time, the Bank will review your Account and update the information it has concerning your financial condition. You agree to furnish the Bank with whatever information regarding your financial affairs the Bank may then request. The Bank may, at any time, seek information about your financial condition from others and may provide information about your Account to others.
Account Review. GetHired reserves the right to approve new Accounts registered with the Service in order to verify eligibility. GetHired may, at any time and in its sole discretion, suspend your Account for the purpose of investigating any suspected misconduct or violation or breach of the Terms.
