Compliance Services Fee. The Client shall pay Service Provider $150,000 per year for the provision of the compliance services as well as the services provided under the separate CCO Agreement between the Parties. In addition, the Client agrees to reimburse the Service Provider for all of its actual out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred in providing the services under the separate CCO Agreement between the Parties.

SCHEDULE B TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALLIANZ VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS FUND OF FUNDS TRUST AND BISYS FUND SERVICES OHIO, INC. ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
1) Provide the Trustees of the Trust or Allianz Life Advisers, LLC (the "Manager") with reports regarding the Portfolios' investment performance as they may reasonably request.
2) Provide the Trust and the Manager with BISYS' regular report on issues.
3) At the request of the Board of Trustees, BISYS shall make reports to the Trustees concerning the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
4) Calculate contractual Trust expenses and control all disbursements for the Trust.
5) Compute the Trust's yields, total return, expense ratios, portfolio turnover rate and if required, portfolio average dollar-weighted maturity.
6) Provide Trust counsel with information required in the preparation of prospectuses, statements of additional information, registration statements and proxy materials, and any supplements to these materials, if applicable.
7) Coordinate and prepare, with the assistance of the Manager and sub-advisers, communications to Shareholders, as applicable, including the annual and semi-annual report to Shareholders.
8) Supervise and facilitate the proxy solicitation process for all Shareholder meetings.
9) Administer contracts on behalf of the Trust with, among others, the Trust's sub-advisers, distributor, custodian, transfer agent and fund accountant.
10) Supervise the Trust's transfer agent with respect to the payment of dividends and other distributions to Shareholders.
11) Calculate performance data of the Portfolios.
12) Disseminate Portfolio performance data to information services covering the investment company industry.
13) Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the Trust's tax returns.
14) Assist with the layout and printing of Prospectuses and assist with and coordinate layout and printing of the Trust's semi-annual and annual reports to Shareholders.
