Miscellaneous Use Restrictions a. Trash, garbage or other waste shall not be kept on any Lot except in sanitary containers or garbage compactor units. Garbage containers1 if any, shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be so placed or screened as not to be visible from any road or adjacent property within sight distance of the Lot. Trash, refuse and garbage shall not be placed at curbside earlier than 6:00 p.m. on the evening before scheduled pickup. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to conflict with Florida Statutes Section. b. No clothing or any other household items shall be hung in the open on any Lot unless hung from an umbrella or retractable clothes line which is screened from view. c. Only dogs, cats and other common household pets shall be permitted to be kept on any Lot. Pets shall be kept only in the Residence or within a fenced yard. No animal shall be permitted on any Lot or the Common Property attached to a fixed yard leash. No animal shall be permitted of f the Lot unless on a leash. Owners will be required to clean up after any pet that relieves itself in any area. Residents shall not breed any animals as a hobby or for profit. d. No commercial activity shall be conducted on any Lot. The only exception is the Developer's real estate sales office or agent. e. No oil or natural gas drilling, refining, quarrying or mining operations of any kind shall be permitted upon any Lot and no xxxxxxx or other structure designed for use in boring for oil or natural gas shall be erected, maintained or permitted on any Lot; nor shall oil xxxxx, tanks, tunnels, mineral excavations or shafts be permitted on any Lot. f. No commercial sign, billboard, or advertising structure of any kind shall be permitted on any Lot, except building and subcontractor signs during construction periods, caution or warning signs, and signs to advertise the property for sale during any sales period. No sign may be nailed or attached to trees. For Sale signs shall not exceed four (4) square feet or be taller than thirty-six (36) inches. g. No Owner, or his or her family, friends, guest, tenants or invitees shall do anything that disturbs or interferes with the reasonable rights and comforts of other Owners. h. No antennae of any kind shall be permitted upon any Lot or structure with the exception of the types described below: 1.   • Miscellaneous Leaves L31.1 Application for Miscellaneous Leave shall be made to the Executive Superintendent of Employee Services or designate. The Teacher shall notify the principal at the time the application is made and whenever possible shall make the application at least five days prior to the day for which the leave is requested.

  • Governing Law and Miscellaneous Provisions The provisions of Article 7 of the Collateral Trust Agreement will apply with like effect to this Collateral Trust Joinder.

  • Miscellaneous Leave Leave with or without pay may be granted for the following purposes subject to the criteria set out below being met. (a) Where a teacher is prevented from travelling from their home to work because of an emergency situation outside of the control of the teacher (up to seven (7) days leave with pay may be granted) provided that this provision is for emergencies only. Approval shall not be given where the teacher has advance notice or in circumstances where the teacher could be reasonably expected to have foreseen the situation arising. Where practicable the teacher is to inform the school of the reasons for the absence and is required to return to duty as soon as possible. Full details of the case shall be submitted.

  • Other Miscellaneous Terms The provisions of Article IX (General Provisions) of the Merger Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Amendment, and to the Merger Agreement as modified by this Amendment, taken together as a single agreement, reflecting the terms therein as modified by this Amendment.

  • Miscellaneous Provision It is hereby understood that, to be entitled to the benefits under this Agreement, the MEMBER hereby waives his/her consent to the disclosure and processing of his/her medical/health information which is determinative for the assessment of his/her coverage and necessary for the treatment of his/her illness. MediCard, its Medical Service Units/Teams and its Accredited Hospitals/Clinics are hereby released from any liability by reason of such disclosure.
