Lawns. Mowing and hedge trimming on seasonally contracted sites is to be done with your own maintenance equipment between 8am to 8pm. Lawn watering is prohibited. Grass exceeding 5” will be cut and billed to the site. If we notice that your site is in need of mowing, we will mow and charge $25 + HST per occurrence.
Lawns. Lawns are only permitted within a courtyard and separated from veld with a plinth wall or timber deck and always contained within the building area.
Lawns. No motor vehicle shall be parked on any lawn, yard or other area not intended for vehicular use.

Lawns. Lawns should not be used excessively. The lawns are to be kept clear of all debris, animal and other waste, rubbish, toys, etc.
Lawns. Weeds in lawn areas shall be controlled with chemicals or hand tools in such a manner and at such intervals that their height does not exceed three inches (3”) in height or width. Mowing is not considered a weed control measure.
Lawns. All yards shall be fertilized and sodded, or fertilized, seeded and mulched. This requirement includes the area within the street right of way.
Lawns. The lawns and grass plots being corporate property for the common use may be used for reasonable purposes only. In no event may the lawns or grass plots be used as playgrounds, private gardens or any purpose that may impair their appearance, obstruct, or increase the cost of maintenance of the lawns and grass plots.
Lawns. Sublessor shall immediately repair any damage to lawn from urine/feces/digging/etc resulting from the animal. All lawn areas must be restored to pre-occupancy condition at the time of move-out. Costs of any lawn repair necessary shall be withheld from unit's security deposit on a labor/materials basis.
