Mobile Check Deposit Limits. We may impose limits on the dollar amount or number of deposits you make through the Mobile Check Deposit Feature, and we may change such limits at any time at our discretion. You can view your limits within the ONE App. Limits may change based on the length of time your Account has been open and Account activity. If you attempt to initiate a deposit in excess of these limits, we may reject your deposit. If we permit you to make a deposit in excess of these limits, that deposit will still be subject to the terms of this section, and we will not be obligated to allow such a deposit at other times.

Mobile Check Deposit Limits. Mobile Check Deposit limits are outlined in a separate agreement entitled Mobile Check Deposit Agreement at xx.xxxx/mcdterms. This agreement is available online and may be accessed prior to your use of this service. Debit Cards‌ A Debit Card is an important component of your Rewards Checking Account. As such, your Account application, or your application to be added as an additional named (joint) Account owner (as applicable), contains a request that we send you a Debit Card at the mailing address provided on your Account application as part of the opening of your Account. The Debit Card that you request by submitting any such application may be used to access your Account and to make Debit Card Transactions and ATM transactions against your Account (“Debit Card”). Each named Account owner may access the Rewards Checking Account using their own separate Debit Card. Your Debit Card will be sent to you as an inactive card; you may not use your Debit Card to access your Account or make Debit Card Transactions until your Debit Card is activated. To activate your Debit Card, you must go to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and follow the steps set forth on the activation website. Once your Debit Card is activated, you will be able to use your Debit Card where it is accepted. If you wish to not use your Debit Card, you must destroy or dispose of it to help protect your Account.
Mobile Check Deposit Limits. Mobile check deposit is limited to a maximum of 6 checks and a total of $50,000 (or any lower or higher limits we may impose from time to time) per customer (whichever occurs first) during the seven calendar days that immediately precede and include the day of your most recent actual or attempted mobile check deposit. Individual checks cannot exceed $25,000 (or any lower or higher limits we may impose from time to time). Current weekly and per-item limits will be accessible by selecting the "?" icon displayed in the upper-right portion of the Personal Savings mobile check deposit page on your mobile browser. You are only permitted to make one single account-opening funding deposit into a CD account. If you desire to deposit a check that exceeds the applicable limits, you can mail the check to us for deposit, subject to the "Deposits by Mail" section of the Deposit Account Agreement at: American Express National Bank, P.O. Box 30384, Salt Lake City, Utah 84130 Any Picture you transmit to us must meet all prevailing industry and regulatory requirements for mobile check deposits (as those requirements may change from time to time) and we must be able to read and convert (at a minimum) the bank routing number, account number and check serial number encoded at the bottom of the Picture using our optical scanning hardware and software. When you Transmit a Picture to us, you agree that the Picture is an “item” as defined by the UCC and is the legal equivalent of the Eligible Item for all purposes including our qualifying as a holder-in-due-course for it as described by the UCC. We can attempt to process, collect, present for payment, return or re- present your Pictures in any way we choose that is allowed by law, including as electronically presented checks, in our sole discretion. If a Picture does not meet all of our mobile check deposit processing requirements, we can choose to, without any liability to you: (i) refuse to accept the picture; (ii) process the Picture as received; or (iii) process the deposit for payment in another format as allowed.

  • Deposit Limits We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits that you transmit using the Services and to modify such limits from time to time.

  • Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Direct Deposit If you have arranged to have a direct deposit made to your account at least once every 60 days from the same source and you do not receive a receipt (such as a pay stub), you can find out whether or not the deposit has been made by calling (000) 000-0000. This does not apply to transactions occurring outside the United States.

  • Establishment of Escrow Account; Deposits in Escrow Account With respect to those Mortgage Loans on which the Servicer or any Sub-Servicer collects Escrow Payments, if any, the Servicer shall, and shall cause the Sub-Servicer to, segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each such Mortgage Loan which constitute Escrow Payments separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Escrow Accounts, in the form of trust accounts. Such Escrow Accounts shall be established with a commercial bank, a mutual savings bank or a savings and loan association the deposits of which are insured by the FDIC in a manner which shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder, and which may be drawn on by the Servicer. The Servicer shall give notice to the Trustee of the location of any Escrow Account, and of any change thereof, prior to the use thereof. Nothing in this paragraph shall be deemed to require the Servicer to collect Escrow Payments in the absence of a provision in the related Mortgage requiring such collection. The Servicer shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, in any Escrow Account or Accounts on a daily basis, and retain therein, (i) all Escrow Payments collected on account of any Mortgage Loans, for the purpose of effecting timely payment of any such items as required under the terms of this Agreement and (ii) all amounts representing proceeds of any hazard insurance policy which are to be applied to the restoration or repair of any Mortgaged Property. The Servicer shall make withdrawals therefrom only to effect such payments as are required under this Agreement, and for such other purposes as are set forth in Section 5.11. The Servicer shall be entitled to retain any interest paid on funds deposited in the Escrow Account by the depository institution other than interest on escrowed funds required by law to be paid to the related Mortgagor and, to the extent required by law, the Servicer shall pay interest on escrowed funds to the related Mortgagor notwithstanding that the Escrow Account is non-interest-bearing or that interest paid thereon is insufficient for such purposes.

  • Checking Accounts A monthly bank reconciliation shall be conducted by Subrecipient. All checks, stubs, etc. shall be pre-numbered and accounted for, including all voided checks. Check stubs, canceled checks, and deposit slips must be readily available for audit purposes.

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Bank Accounts; Cash Balances (a) Each Party agrees to take, or cause the members of its Group to take, at the Effective Time (or such earlier time as the Parties may agree), all actions necessary to amend all contracts or agreements governing each bank and brokerage account owned by Varex or any other member of the Varex Group (collectively, the “Varex Accounts”) and all contracts or agreements governing each bank or brokerage account owned by Parent or any other member of the Parent Group (collectively, the “Parent Accounts”) so that each such Varex Account and Parent Account, if currently Linked (whether by automatic withdrawal, automatic deposit or any other authorization to transfer funds from or to, hereinafter “Linked”) to any Parent Account or Varex Account, respectively, is de-Linked from such Parent Account or Varex Account, respectively. (b) It is intended that, following consummation of the actions contemplated by Section 2.9(a), there will be in place a cash management process pursuant to which the Varex Accounts will be managed and funds collected will be transferred into one (1) or more accounts maintained by Varex or a member of the Varex Group. (c) It is intended that, following consummation of the actions contemplated by Section 2.9(a), there will continue to be in place a cash management process pursuant to which the Parent Accounts will be managed and funds collected will be transferred into one (1) or more accounts maintained by Parent or a member of the Parent Group. (d) With respect to any outstanding checks issued or payments initiated by Parent, Varex, or any of the members of their respective Groups prior to the Effective Time, such outstanding checks and payments shall be honored following the Effective Time by the Person or Group owning the account on which the check is drawn or from which the payment was initiated, respectively. (e) As between Parent and Varex (and the members of their respective Groups), all payments made and reimbursements received after the Effective Time by either Party (or member of its Group) that relate to a business, Asset or Liability of the other Party (or member of its Group), shall be held by such Party in trust for the use and benefit of the Party entitled thereto and, promptly following receipt by such Party of any such payment or reimbursement, such Party shall pay over, or shall cause the applicable member of its Group to pay over to the other Party the amount of such payment or reimbursement without right of set-off. (f) It is understood and agreed that, effective as of the Effective Time, Varex and members of the Varex Group shall not have cash and cash equivalents in an aggregate amount that exceeds the Maximum Cash Amount; provided that cash and cash equivalents of XxXxx Medical Solutions AG shall not be included in the calculation of Maximum Cash Amount; provided, further, that, subject to 2.4(e), the Varex Delayed Asset Consideration shall not be included in the Maximum Cash Amount. (g) Within thirty (30) days after the Distribution Date, Varex shall cause to be prepared in good faith and delivered to Parent a balance sheet (the “Balance Sheet”) setting forth cash and cash equivalents held by each member of the Varex Group as of the Effective Time (the aggregate amount of such cash and cash equivalents (other than the Delayed Varex Asset Consideration and cash and cash equivalents held by XxXxx Medical Solutions AG as of the Effective Time), the “Final Cash Balance”). For a period of sixty (60) days following delivery by Varex of the Balance Sheet or such longer period as Parent is disputing the amount of cash and/or cash equivalents reflected in the Balance Sheet, Parent may review and analyze the Balance Sheet and Varex shall cooperate with and make available to Parent and its Representatives all information, records, data and working papers, in each case, to the extent related to the determination of the amount of cash and cash equivalents held by the members of the Varex Group as of the Effective Time, and Varex shall permit access to its facilities and personnel, as may be reasonably required in connection with the review and analysis of the Balance Sheet. (h) If the Final Cash Balance exceeds the Maximum Cash Amount, then Varex shall pay or cause to be paid an amount in cash equal to such difference to Parent by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account or accounts designated in writing by Parent to Varex within five (5) Business Days after the date of delivery of the Balance Sheet. Any such payment shall be treated by the Parties for all purposes as an adjustment to the Cash Transfer. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Maximum Cash Amount is equal to or less than the Final Cash Balance, then Parent or any member of the Parent Group shall not have any obligation to pay or provide any cash or cash equivalents to any member of the Varex Group. (i) If Parent disagrees with the amount of cash and/or cash equivalents reflected in the Balance Sheet, Parent and Varex shall attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for thirty (30) days following the delivery to Parent of the Balance Sheet. Following such thirty (30) day period, Parent shall be entitled to dispute such amount or amounts pursuant to Article VII and shall be entitled to make an Arbitration Request without first complying with Section 7.1 or Section 7.2.

  • Establishment of and Deposits to Escrow Account The Company shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to a Mortgage Loan constituting Escrow Payments separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Escrow Accounts, in the form of time deposit or demand accounts, titled, "Countrywide Home Loans Inc., in trust for the Purchaser of Conventional Residential Mortgage Loans, and various Mortgagors". The Escrow Accounts shall be established with a Qualified Depository, in a manner which shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder. Funds deposited in the Escrow Account may be drawn on by the Company in accordance with Section 4.07. The creation of any Escrow Account shall be evidenced by a certification in the form of Exhibit E-1 hereto, in the case of an account established with the Company, or by a letter agreement in the form of Exhibit E-2 hereto, in the case of an account held by a depository other than the Company. A copy of such certification shall be furnished to the Purchaser and, upon request, to any subsequent Purchaser. The Company shall deposit in the Escrow Account or Accounts within two Business Days of receipt, and retain therein: (i) all Escrow Payments collected on account of the Mortgage Loans, for the purpose of effecting timely payment of any such items as required under the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) all amounts representing Insurance Proceeds or Condemnation Proceeds which are to be applied to the restoration or repair of any Mortgaged Property. The Company shall make withdrawals from the Escrow Account only to effect such payments as are required under this Agreement, as set forth in Section 4.07. The Company shall be entitled to retain any interest paid on funds deposited in the Escrow Account by the depository institution, other than interest on escrowed funds required by law to be paid to the Mortgagor. To the extent required by law, the Company shall pay interest on escrowed funds to the Mortgagor notwithstanding that the Escrow Account may be non-interest bearing or that interest paid thereon is insufficient for such purposes.

  • Deposit Policy Prior to the inauguration of service or, thereafter, upon BellSouth’s request, Freedom shall complete the BellSouth Credit Profile (BellSouth form) and provide information to BellSouth regarding Freedom’s credit and financial condition. Based on BellSouth’s analysis of the BellSouth Credit Profile and other relevant information regarding Freedom’s credit and financial condition, BellSouth reserves the right to require Freedom to provide BellSouth with a suitable form of security deposit for Freedom’s account(s). If, in BellSouth’s sole discretion, circumstances so warrant and/or Freedom’s gross monthly billing has increased, BellSouth reserves the right to request additional security (or to require a security deposit if none was previously requested) and/or file a Uniform Commercial Code (UCC-1) security interest in Freedom’s “accounts receivables and proceeds”. 1.3.1 Security deposit shall take the form of cash, an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (BellSouth form), Surety Bond (BellSouth form) or, in BellSouth’s sole discretion, some other form of security proposed by Freedom. Any such security deposit shall in no way release Freedom from its obligation to make complete and timely payments of its xxxx(s). If BellSouth requires Freedom to provide a security deposit, Freedom shall provide such security deposit prior to the inauguration of service or within fifteen (15) days of BellSouth’s request, as applicable. Deposit request notices will be sent to Freedom via certified mail or overnight delivery. Such notice period will start the day after the deposit request notice is rendered by certified mail or overnight delivery. Interest on a cash security deposit shall accrue and be applied or refunded in accordance with the terms in BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff (GSST). 1.3.2 Security deposits collected under this Section 1.3 shall not exceed two (2) months' estimated billing. Estimated xxxxxxxx are calculated based upon the monthly average of the previous six (6) months current xxxxxxxx, if Freedom has received service from BellSouth during such period at a level comparable to that anticipated to occur over the next six (6) months. If either Freedom or BellSouth has reason to believe that the level of service to be received during the next six (6) months will be materially higher or lower than received in the previous six (6) months, Freedom and BellSouth shall agree on a level of estimated xxxxxxxx based on all relevant information. 1.3.3 In the event Freedom fails to provide BellSouth with a suitable form of security deposit or additional security deposit as required herein, defaults on its account(s), or otherwise fails to make any payment or payments required under this Agreement in the manner and within the time required, service to Freedom may be Suspended, Discontinued or Terminated in accordance with the terms of Section

  • Mobile Deposit Security You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.
