Model Unit. The Allottee agrees and understands that all the standard fitting, interiors and fixtures and dimension provided in the show/model Unit exhibited at the site only provides a representative idea and the actual Apartment agreed to be constructed may not include the fittings and fixtures of the model Unit and even if such fittings and fixtures are provided they may vary as to make, colour, shade, shape and appearance from the ones provided in the model Unit and the Allottee shall not be entitled to raise any claim for such variation.

Construction Progress Linked Payment Plan The Allottees(s) acknowledges that he/her/it has chosen the “Construction Progress Linked Payment Plan” since it offers several advantages to the Allottees(s), including that the installment payments may become due later in time than as envisages at the time of entering into this Agreement, if the relevant construction milestones are delayed, thus compensating for the impact of any delay in construction on the Allottees. This significantly reduces the risk of the Allottees as compared to the “Time Linked Payment Plan” option and the Allottees has entered into this Agreement after taking into account the advantages and risks of the “Construction Progress Linked Payment Plan”.

Related to Model Unit

  • Unit The fractional undivided interest in and ownership of an individual Trust Fund equal initially to 1/(the number of Units of fractional undivided interest outstanding) provided in the Statement of Condition in the Prospectus for the Trust Fund, the denominator of which fraction shall be (1) increased by the number of any additional Units issued pursuant to Section 2.03 hereof and (2) decreased by the number of any such Units redeemed as provided in Section 5.02. Whenever reference is made herein to the "interest" of a Unitholder in the Trust Fund or in the Income or Capital Accounts, it shall mean such fractional undivided interest represented by the number of Units, whether or not evidenced by a Certificate or Certificates, held of record by such Unitholder in such Trust Fund.

  • Innovative Unit Scheduling Schedules other than those included in Articles 13.01 and 13.02 may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of patient care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency.   • Work Unit A work unit shall mean all those employees within a given title and department who have a common place of reporting except that employees within a single title performing distinctly different job duties shall not be grouped together.
