Modification – Increasing Time. Reductions or increases in an assignment could be made due to, or because of, school calendars, changes in enrollment, revision to bus route, or bus route hours. When these changes occur, the District reserves the right to make reassignments while giving consideration to seniority in conjunction with the District’s need and the individual’s eligibility, as described in “A”.

Related to Modification – Increasing Time

  • Longevity Increments 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year.

  • Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.

  • Promotion Increases (a) Promotion salary increases shall be granted in an amount equal to 9.0% of the employee’s previous year’s base salary rate in recognition of promotion to one of the ranks described below:

  • Merit Increases (a) Subject to documented assessment and performance review undertaken pursuant to the Performance Management System, an employee on anniversary date may be granted an increase of up to five pay increments in the pay scale, not to exceed the control point maximum.

  • Anniversary Increments Employees shall advance on the wage grid on their anniversary date in the classification.
