Longevity Increments. 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year. 11.6.2 Each regular classified employee shall receive an additional two-range increase (5%) upon completion of ten (10) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the eleventh year. 11.6.3 Each regular classified employee shall receive an additional two-range increase (5%) upon completion of fifteen (15) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This in-crease will become effective at the beginning of the sixteenth year.

Longevity Increments. 14.5.1 For the 2006-07 school year, those Unit Members, except psychologists, meeting District standards, shall be provided longevity increments on the sixteenth, twentieth, and twenty-fourth consecutive years of service based upon service which has been recognized by the District for salary schedule placement or advancement, at the columns and amounts indicated in Appendix A. Psychologists shall be provided longevity increments on the tenth, sixteenth, twentieth and twenty-fourth consecutive years of service based upon service which has been recognized by the District for salary schedule placement or advancement, at the steps indicated in Appendix B. For the 2007-08 school year, those Unit Members, except psychologists, meeting District standards, shall be provided longevity increments on the fifteenth, nineteenth and twenty-third consecutive years of service based upon service which has been recognized by the District for salary schedule placement or advancement, at the columns and amounts indicated in Appendix A. Psychologists shall be provided longevity increments on the ninth, fifteenth, nineteenth and twenty-third consecutive years of service based upon service which has been recognized by the District for salary schedule placement or advancement, at the steps indicated in Appendix B. 14.5.1.1 A District approved leave of absence shall not be considered an interruption in the determination of consecutive years; however, such leave shall not be considered a period of service for longevity increments.
Longevity Increments. 10.6.1 Longevity increments reached on or after July 1, 1986 will be subject to an additional 2-1/2% or total of 5% in a manner that maintains the integrity of the salary schedule.
Longevity Increments. Longevity is a fixed hourly amount paid beyond the maximum step at the beginning of fifteen (15), twenty (20) or effective 1/1/2018 twenty-five (25) years of regular service in the District. The longevity increment shall be paid to all employees for all hours paid on the payroll, effective only at the beginning of a contract year. Longevity Increments a. Nonexempt Employees: A $630 longevity increment will be added to the gross salary of all 12-month employees at the 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, and 35th years of creditable service. A $525 longevity increment will be added for ten- and 11-month employees.

The longevity increment shall not be paid to anyone while on a leave of absence or in unpaid status. 6.5.2 To qualify for a longevity increment, a unit member must have the required number of years of paid, regular classified service. Years of service shall be calculated from the initial date of hire. Time spent on unpaid leave, or in special or hourly employment, shall not be included in calculating years of service. Longevity payments will be paid on the appropriate anniversary date. (See Section 6.3) 6.5.3 The longevity increment shall not be used in calculating night differential premiums. The longevity increment shall be used in calculating unit member retirement, insurance benefits and hourly or overtime rates of pay.
