MODIFICATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. You and your guests will be required to comply with all of the requirements set forth in these Rules and Regulations. Xxxxxxxx has the right to change these Rules and Regulations from time to time, as Landlord or the Manager deem necessary. Any changes to these Rules and Regulations will be effective and part of the Lease Agreement once they have been delivered to you or posted in a public area of the Apartment Community used for such purposes for thirty (30) days. You are responsible for your guest’s compliance with all of these Rules and Regulations. Neither Landlord nor Manager will be responsible to you if we fail to cause compliance by any person with these Rules and Regulations. BY INITIALING THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE REGULATIONS AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THEM. THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE A PART OF YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT AND THEY APPLY TO YOU AND YOUR GUEST(S). YOU ALSO CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU OR YOUR GUEST(S) VIOLATES THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT.
MODIFICATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Association shall have the right to modify or amend its Rules and Regulations at any time and Owner and its Renters shall be bound by all such Rules and Regulations as amended by the Association. Association hereby agrees to take reasonable steps to provide notice of any such changes or modifications to the Owner at its address set forth herein.

LANDLORD shall not be responsible to TENANT if LANDLORD fails to cause compliance by any person with these RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Hub Orlando Animal Pool Rules Public swimming pool regulations in Florida do not allow animals in the fenced in or within 50 feet of unfenced pool. Only service animals are allowed within these areas, but service animals are not allowed in the pool water, and only on the tiled areas of the pool deck.

Neither Landlord nor Manager will be responsible to you if we fail to cause compliance by any person with these Rules and Regulations.
MODIFICATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS. LANDLORD may propose changes in the Community Rules and Regulations, including changes that make a substantial modification of the bargain between LANDLORD and TENANT, and unless 51 percent or more of an eligible spaces as defined in ORS 90.610, object in writing within 30 days of receiving the proposed change, the change shall become effective for all tenants on a date not less than 60 days after the day that the notice was served by LANDLORD on TENANT. In addition, LANDLORD also has the right to change the rules and regulations along with this Agreement by issuing New Documents, as defined in Section 3, above.
