Modified Jobs. The Employer will notify the Union upon modification of an existing job in the Bargaining Unit. The Employer will meet with the Union if requested to determine if the job responsibilities have changed significantly enough to warrant a different wage range. If so, the parties will negotiate a new wage range. The Employer will provide the training needed to perform the new duties during work hours.
