Modified Work means a new work of authorship created, at least in part, by modifying a Substance 3D Asset.
Modified Work means regular work modified so that the employee has the ability to perform all the functions of the job and that offers wages and compensation that are at least 85 percent of those paid to the employee at the time of injury, and located within a reasonable commuting distance of the employee's residence at the time of injury.

Time employee - Regular part-time employee shall mean an employee hired to work on a partial day or partial week basis generally consisting of fewer hours than defined in the Regular or Modified Work Schedule in Article 18.
Employees working a Modified Work Week Shift Schedule or whose work is averaged over multiple weeks as described in Article 18.5 shall receive eight (8) hours pay at their regular rate in addition to overtime at the rate of one and a half times (1½ X) their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on a general holiday.

The information provided to the Corporation is limited to whether a firefighter is fit or unfit to perform the duties specified for the modified duties as well as any limitations placed on the performance of those duties. The “modified work program” will permit a firefighter a reasonable period of convalescence as identified by the attending physician on the Functional Abilities Form. In some instances, minor injury/illness may not result in a time loss occurrence. In such cases, modified duties may be available immediately, upon agreement by the Fire Chief and the Association. Subject to the terms of this paragraph, modified work must not result in a layoff, nor in the displacement of any other firefighter, including a firefighter already performing modified work. If there are more firefighters at any time requiring modified work than there is modified work available, the available duties must be assigned to the firefighter capable of performing them in order of seniority. In the event that the firefighter cannot be accommodated they shall be entitled to all of their rights under the collective agreement, including sick leave allowance.
Modified Work. If a person has restrictions and requires modified work, the Company’s first obligation will be to provide work within their own classification, then to one of the other classifications with this group prior to assigning to any other classifications. Any employee who posts into the Skilled Trades, Mold Processor, Mold Setters and Shipper/Receivers from any other classifications covered by the Collective Agreement will enter these classifications with date of entry seniority. In the event of a reduction in that classification, employees with date of entry seniority who are identified for layoff will be able to displace any other employee with lower seniority than their date of entry seniority. In the event there is no lower seniority employee in the other classifications; they can displace any other lower seniority employee in the newly certified groups (Maintenance, Mold Processors, Mold Setters, and Shipper/Receivers); provided they have previous experience in that classification. Total plant wide seniority would apply in that case. Employees of the newly certified groups who currently earn more than the above outlined classification wages shall have their wages red-circled and frozen for the period as defined above. The work plan is designed using the employee’s functional abilities as determined by the treating Health Care Provider. They may also include responsibilities and tasks taken from the employee’s regular job, when the employee cannot perform full duties or normal hours of work.
