Examples of Modified Work in a sentence
Time employee - Regular part-time employee shall mean an employee hired to work on a partial day or partial week basis generally consisting of fewer hours than defined in the Regular or Modified Work Schedule in Article 18.
An employee who is able to return to work on the Modified Work Program shall do so subject to the Modified Work Program Guidelines.
Employees working a Modified Work Week Shift Schedule or whose work is averaged over multiple weeks as described in Article 18.5 shall receive eight (8) hours pay at their regular rate in addition to overtime at the rate of one and a half times (1½ X) their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on a general holiday.
