Employee Notices. The Employer must permit a notice board to be erected in the plant, or each part of the plant to facilitate communication between employees and/or their representative(s) regarding employment related matters.

To the extent any notification, information or consultation requirements are imposed by applicable Legal Requirements in connection with the Transactions with regard to any Eligible Employees, the Purchaser and the Seller agree to cooperate to ensure that such notification, information and consultation requirements are completed.

2. The Employer shall provide to the Union the number and types of on-the-job injuries/illnesses filed as worker's compensation claims by the OFNHP Dental Hygiene Unit. This will be provided on a quarterly basis.
3. The Employer shall also provide to the Union the scheduled hours, location and department of each Employee on approximately January 15, April 15, and October 15 of each year.
Employee Notices. In connection with the consummation of the ----------------- transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to the extent required by applicable law, the Company shall give all material notices required to be given to the employees of the Company.
Employee Notices. When an employee has been randomly selected, the employee will be discreetly notified of his or her test in a Testing Notice. The supervisor will document the date and time the Testing Notice is delivered and then the employee will be required to sign the Testing Notice, which also acknowledges that the employee being tested has been advised of the drug and alcohol testing policy. Additionally, the employee will be asked by the Urine Collector or BAT to complete the necessary form(s), either the CCF or ATF or both, for the test(s) to be conducted and analyzed.

A. Notices concerning the Agency’s personnel policies, practices or matters affecting working conditions will be posted on the Agency’s electronic bulletin board or intranet. Such notices may also be sent via e-mail to all employees.
B. As part of the new employee in-processing, employees will be provided information concerning the Agency’s policy on limited use of government equipment. The Agency will require all employees to complete annual training concerning this policy. The notice will be provided via e-mail to those employees whose normal duties are performed at a computer work station. Computer access will be provided to other employees who do not have access.
Employee Notices. The Sellers shall make such notices to employees as shall be required of the Sellers by any applicable Laws and Regulations or by any agreements (including any notices required to be given to any union, works council or similar representative body).

Target shall give all notices and other information required by applicable law to be given to the employees of Target, any collective bargaining unit representing any group of employees of Target, and any applicable Government Entity under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (which shall be given not later than three (3) days after receipt of a written request from Autobytel to deliver such notice), the National Labor Relations Act, the Code, COBRA, and other applicable law in connection with the transactions provided for in this Agreement and with respect to events occurring prior to the Effective Time.

Seller shall provide Purchaser with a copy of any material communications (whether such communication is direct or indirect or in writing, verbal or otherwise) intended for broad-based and general distribution to any current or former employees of Seller if such communications relate to the transactions contemplated hereby. Seller will provide Purchaser with a reasonable opportunity to review, approve and comment on such communications prior to distribution, provided that such approval by Purchaser shall not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and Purchaser’s reasonable comments shall be considered and included in such communications by Seller.
