Employee NoticesTo the extent any notification, information or consultation requirements are imposed by applicable Legal Requirements in connection with the Transactions with regard to any Eligible Employees, the Purchaser and the Seller agree to cooperate to ensure that such notification, information and consultation requirements are completed.

Employee Notices. ‌ A. Notices concerning the Agency’s personnel policies, practices or matters affecting working conditions will be posted on the Agency’s electronic bulletin board or intranet. Such notices may also be sent via e-mail to all employees. B. As part of the new employee in-processing, employees will be provided information concerning the Agency’s policy on limited use of government equipment. The Agency will require all employees to complete annual training concerning this policy. Employee Notices. (a) The Employer will provide the Union or the Union’s designated employee representative on or before the fifth (5th) of each and every month a list with the names of newly hired employees, employees whose classifications have changed, employees whose names have changed, employees going on leave of absence including date, employees returning from leave of absence including date, and terminated employees. On newly hired employees, the list shall also include their date of hire, date of birth, date of coverage under the Agreement, address, email address and phone number, employee identification number, work unit, status and classification. If the employee does not have a phone number or email address that shall be noted on the monthly reported list, the Employer shall include any known changes to the employee contact information on the monthly reported list. This list will be provided as an electronic file (i.e. Excel). (b) Employees who are transferred out of the bargaining unit will be reported as transferred and the report will indicate whether such transfer is temporary or permanent.
