Employee Notices. To the extent any notification, information or consultation requirements are imposed by applicable Legal Requirements in connection with the Transactions with regard to any Eligible Employees, the Purchaser and the Seller agree to cooperate to ensure that such notification, information and consultation requirements are completed.
